Hi, I’m Victoria, founder and Creative Director of Moments to Memories Luxury Perfume Bar. I created this company from a lifelong passion for luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, and the art of creating unforgettable experiences. Prior to launching Moments to Memories, I spent years in luxury fashion and hospitality marketing, curating elevated guest experiences and campaigns for renowned brands and high-end establishments. My professional background ultimately inspired me to create an immersive, refined, and deeply personal experience for weddings and celebrations.

Moments to Memories was inspired by the timeless elegance of Parisian perfumeries and the belief that fragrance has the extraordinary ability to preserve emotion and memory. Our luxury perfume bar invites guests to create bespoke fragrances during your celebration, offering them a meaningful keepsake they will continue to cherish long after the event ends. From complimentary fragrance consultations, custom fragrance names and personalized labels to live bottle engraving and thoughtfully curated luxury-inspired scents, every detail is intentionally designed to feel elevated, elegant, and unforgettable.

At the heart of it all, I believe weddings should feel experiential rather than transactional. My favorite part of every event is watching guests become immersed in the experience while seeing a couple’s vision come to life in such a meaningful and personal way. It is truly an honor to contribute to moments that will be remembered for years to come.

I was drawn to the wedding industry because I have always been passionate about creating experiences rooted in emotion, beauty, and human connection. Weddings, bridal showers and engagement parties are some of the few occasions where every detail carries meaning, and I love being part of moments that become lifelong memories for both couples and their guests.

What I love most is that no two celebrations are ever the same. Every couple has a unique story, aesthetic, and energy, and I genuinely enjoy designing a fragrance experience that reflects who they are. There is something incredibly powerful about scent because it has the ability to instantly transport us back to a moment in time. Knowing that a guest may wear their custom fragrance months or years later and immediately be reminded of that celebration is such a beautiful and rewarding feeling.

One of my favorite wedding memories was watching a bride become emotional while creating her signature scent because it reminded her of her grandmother’s perfume. What began as a fragrance quickly turned into a heartfelt conversation filled with memories, stories, and emotion shared among family members and guests. It was such a beautiful reminder that perfume is so much more than fragrance, it is nostalgia, storytelling, and emotion captured in a bottle.

I also love witnessing how naturally the perfume bar brings people together. Guests gather around, exchange scent recommendations, laugh, and fully immerse themselves in the experience. Watching those genuine moments unfold throughout the event is something that never loses its magic for me.

Moments to Memories was founded in 2024 from a passion for luxury experiences, storytelling, and the emotional connection fragrance has to memory. The name itself was inspired by a quote from Thierry Mugler that deeply resonated with me when conceptualizing the company: “The power of perfume is that it creates a memory, even before the moment has passed.” That sentiment became the foundation of the brand and ultimately inspired the name Moments to Memories, transforming beautiful moments into lasting memories through scent.

Before founding the company, I spent years working in luxury hospitality and fashion marketing, creating elevated guest experiences and campaigns for high-end restaurants, events, and luxury retail brands. Those experiences taught me the importance of thoughtful details, impeccable presentation, and creating moments that leave a lasting impression - principles that now shape every Moments to Memories experience.

I have also traveled to Paris numerous times over the years, where I became deeply inspired by the artistry and elegance of the perfumeries I visited throughout the city. Walking through those beautiful fragrance houses and experiencing the immersive nature of scent culture in Paris sparked so much of the inspiration behind Moments to Memories. That influence can be seen throughout our brand, from the refined aesthetic of the perfume bar to the curated fragrance experience itself.

What began as an idea quickly evolved into a luxury interactive perfume experience where guests create bespoke fragrances that become forever tied to meaningful celebrations and milestones. As the company continues to grow, my vision is to expand into large-scale luxury weddings, destination celebrations, fashion and beauty events, and meaningful brand collaborations while continuing to keep every experience highly personalized, intentional, and emotionally memorable.

How does the perfume bar work? Guests are invited to visit the perfume bar during the event and select from a curated collection of luxury-inspired fragrances and colognes to create their own custom scent blend. They then receive a personalized perfume keepsake bottle to take home as a lasting memory from the celebration.
Can the experience be customized? Absolutely. Nearly every detail can be personalized, from fragrance names and bottle labels to custom etching, live engraving, and the overall aesthetic of the perfume bar itself.
Do you offer men’s colognes as well? Yes. In addition to our women’s fragrance collection, we offer a curated selection of luxury-inspired men’s colognes so every guest can enjoy the experience.
Do guests actually use the perfumes after the wedding? They do, and that is one of the most meaningful aspects of what we do. Guests often share that wearing their fragrance later instantly brings them back to the memories and emotions of the celebration.
What size events do you accommodate? We accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale luxury weddings and events throughout the tri-state area and beyond.

Outside of work, I find endless inspiration in fashion, beauty, travel, hospitality, and interior design. I love visiting museums, discovering new restaurants, luxury hotels, and boutique experiences because I am constantly inspired by thoughtful details, elevated presentation, and exceptional guest experiences.

I also genuinely love hosting and celebrating people, which is probably why I was naturally drawn to this industry. Whether I’m curating event details, discovering a new fragrance, or spending time with family and friends, I am happiest when creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

And of course, I have always been deeply passionate about perfume. I truly believe fragrance is one of the most personal forms of self-expression and one of the most beautiful ways to preserve a memory forever.
