I was planning a cruise for 16 people with 5 rooms. We had specific needs that needed to be met, Christine was so helpful. She put up with multiple phone calls in a very short time, multiple room, ship, and date changes. She worked hard to get us the best price we could get with the most perks. She kept in mind what we really wanted and made it happen. All the while being professional, friendly, and super understanding. Would definitely recommend 10/10
