Introduction

The idea of Americano Pizza Truck was born from a backyard hobby with friends and family. On weekends, Vinny, the owner, would make pizzas with his family and friends in their backyard pizza oven. After a few conversations about how great it would be to share that experience — gathering your closest group together while enjoying delicious, flavorful pizza — Americano Pizza Cart was created. We kicked off our first season in 2024 with the pizza cart, serving up unforgettable memories and mouth-watering slices. Now, as we head into our second season, we’re thrilled to have upgraded to a classic 1959 Chevy pizza truck transforming the company to Americano Pizza Truck. Operated by Vinny, his wife Nicole, and other family members, we’re excited to keep bringing the Americano Pizza experience to your events, one slice at a time.

We cater to all events; we will accommodate any group size. Specializing in private parties for any occasion such as birthday parties, corporate events, fundraisers, sporting events and more.

The Wedding Industry

Weddings are all about creating memories, and I get to help make those moments extra special with something delicious and unexpected. Watching guests light up when they see our classic pizza truck and taste our pizza is the best part of my job. We love being apart of those great memories!

Specialization

Our specialty? Crafting great pizza, piping fresh cannolis, and creating moments your guests will talk about long after the party’s over. Aside from pizza we also offer some fantastic dishes such as sausage & peppers, and chicken wings that are both cooked in our wood fired over.

Personal Hobbies

Outside of work, my favorite thing is spending quality time with my wife and our 2-year-old daughter. Whether we’re enjoying a relaxing day at the park or visiting a local farm—where she absolutely lights up around the animals, it’s all about making memories together.

We booked for party recently and WOW what an experience! Our guests are a tough crowd to impress - Italians straight off the boat - and let me tell you every single one of them raved about how delicious the pizza was! From the perfect crust to the fresh toppings and variety of unique flavors, Vinny nailed it. The truck itself is super cool and added such a fun vibe to the party. Vinny is overall a great guy to work with, friendly, accommodating and passionate about his pizza. I’m already looking for another reason to throw a party so I can book them again! Highly highly recommend!!
