The Wedding Memories
Helping a bride acheieve here vision is like no other feeling. When you connect with us over the phone no detail is too small. We want to know everything and anything about your big day and how we can help. It is an exceptiona; feeling when you help a bride from start to finish on her big day including tent, tables, chairs, bars, lighting, dance floor and anything else. Having her trust us with her vision and creating it is then seeing her face during the reveal really makes the job!

FAQs
Do you do packages?
We do not offer packages. All of our items are rented seperately.
Do we charge for delivery?
There is a delivery fee/ pick up fee based off of mileage from our warehouse to your venue.
Do you set up tables and chairs?
Setting up tables and chairs is not a part of our delivery process. If you would like the tables and chairs set up please let us know ahead of time.
Tent Sizing:
We base tent sizing off of coming to your property and measuring. We can give our best estimate off of Google Earth upfront, but for the most accurate measurements we need to see the property.
Personal Hobbies
When we are not working a lot of our staff enjoys traveling. You will always catch Alexis from the admin team baking treats for the warehouse team and installers.

AYS was great to work with! They helped execute our vision supplying amazing farm tables, wine barrels, a tent for the outside deck and all the chairs for our ceremony! I kept adding and removing items as the time got closer and AYS was so flexible and willing to work with me! Definitely a great vendor to work with!
Good rates, lots of options to choose from, and the tent set up was swift and professional. Once I confirmed the booking it was one less thing I had to think about in planning our event. I felt like I was in good hands and would definitely use AYS again.
