We have always been drawn to beautiful design and meaningful details, and weddings are the perfect blend of both. My husband and I got into the wedding industry because we love helping couples express their personality and love story through their invitations. The invitation is the very first impression guests receive—it sets the tone for the entire celebration. Being part of that special moment, and helping it feel truly personal and unforgettable, is something we genuinely love. It’s not just about stationery—it’s about celebrating love, family, and memories that last a lifetime. That’s why we do what we do.

Last year, we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful couple and their entire family—truly kind, appreciative people who valued every detail of what we created for them. They praised our process and were visibly overwhelmed with joy when they saw the designs we crafted.

The groom’s mother was especially thankful. After receiving calls from guests raving about how beautiful the invitations were, she began bringing us a cake from her favorite bakery every week for three weeks. Each time, she arrived with warm hugs and kisses, only stopping when we finally told her we were trying to stick to a diet!

We specialize in the design process we’ve developed for our couples. Whether they visit our showroom, browse our website, or view our social media, they typically select one or two formats they’re drawn to. From there, we schedule a discovery appointment to learn about their vision, event details, and budget.

After that, we set up a second appointment where we present a few custom designs based on everything we learned. Couples can choose their favorite or even mix elements from multiple options.

We always design within the couple’s desired budget—no surprises. It’s a process we’ve proudly followed for over 16 years!

Over 16 years ago, I opened a retail store called My Cookie Jar, featuring over 100 unique cookie jars and fresh-baked cookies. As the business grew, it evolved into offering photo cookie edible party favors, which we sold both in-store and shipped across the country.

One day, I asked my husband—a lifelong graphic designer—to create a book of invitations for all occasions except weddings. Customers frequently asked if we carried invitations to go with our party favors, so it felt like a natural next step. He designed the collection, and I added a personal touch: crystals on each invitation, at no extra charge. That's how Blingvitations was born—and customers loved it.

One day, a local invitation store owner happened to stop by. She fell in love with our designs and quality and asked if we could create a few books for her to carry in her store. Within a year, we had closed the cookie shop and were wholesaling Blingvitations to stores across Long Island, New York City, and Florida.

After a few successful years of wholesaling, we decided to expand into the wedding market. For that, we knew we wanted to work directly with couples to create a truly custom and memorable experience.
