I cannot imagine a better place for our wedding. Miriam was amazing throughout the whole planning process and was so easily accessible for any questions or concerns. it was the most magical day Miriam and Steve are amazing at what they do. Our guests were blown away by everything! Food was amazing. We have a big Italian family so this was very important to us. We also had a HUGE wedding party and Steve was amazing at getting everyone where they needed to be.
When we first walked into Bourne, we knew it was the place for us. Both the indoor area and outdoor areas are absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous. On the day of, it was predicted that it may rain but we knew the indoor ceremony and cocktail hour areas were beautiful so we didn’t stress about weather. From start to finish, Miriam and Steve were communicative, collaborative, transparent, professional and thoughtful. We had Jake for our maitre’d and he was outstanding, as was my bridal attendant. I realized I forgot my socks for my dancing shoes and she had a new pair for me! The service was incredible, the food absolutely delicious and abundant and the drinks were flowing all night. So many of my friends and families have photos of themselves at the Bourne now as their profile pictures because it was so pretty! No notes, no negatives!

Better than I could have ever dreamed of! Miriam is absolutely amazing and walked me through each process with recommendations and answered my questions any time of day. Steve is beyond words! He was our maître d’ and I was absolutely blown away. We felt like royalty on our wedding day. Anything we needed, our entire timeline, helping with my dress, legitimately anything that could have been a worry was taken care of by Steve or Sam our bridal attendant. We are forever grateful for the entire staff at the Bourne Mansion not only for making our night the best wedding I could have ever imagined.
We had the best experience and I would highly recommend this venue + team to make your wedding day special. Miriam sold us from day one and was incredible throughout the months of planning - truly the best and made sure to answer all of my questions in a timely manner along the way. Steve made our day go by flawlessly and kept everyone / everything in line.
Absolutely extraordinary! Never in my life did I expect to have my wedding at such an exquisite place!! We had our wedding the Mansion this past weekend and I am still living in a fairytale thinking about the memories. From the patience and precision of Steve our Maitre D, to the care, thoughtfulness and understanding shown by the venue director Miriam, we were treated like absolute royalty. Spectacular! It's the best word to describe our daughter's wedding at Bourne Mansion last weekend. The venue is beyond beautiful, and the wedding planning was perfectly organized by Miriam, who is amazing in every possible way. The wedding day was carefully orchestrated by the most expert and professional team, led by Steve, who will ensure your day is as beautiful as you planned it with Miriam. We wanted the most beautiful, elegant wedding for our daughter and her betrothed, and our dreams came true. I am so happy we chose Bourne Mansion
we had 164 guests total and it truly was the perfect amount. The mansion was just stunning and the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food! Our guests loved being able to wander around the various rooms and feel like they’re in the Great Gatsby. Bournes staff and Maitre D were also incredible. They ensured we had a drink in our hands the entire time and just overall made us feel like royalty. The entire booking and planning process was simple and seamless. Bourne mansion made our wedding dreams truly come true.

From beginning to end and everything in between. If your shopping for a wedding venue, look no further! Bourne Mansion is THE ONLY place to celebrate your fairytale!! The warmth you feel as soon as you walk in the lobby is palpable. Miriam and Steve are two of the best in the business and to work with both of them was a privilege! They left no stone unturned. If there was an option to give this magnificent place and the people who work there, a 100 star rating, that's what I would rate it!! You can keep your castles!! Bourne is the only place to celebrate!!
Absolutely incredible!!!! We had the most amazing wedding reception experience at Bourne Mansion. The venue is beautiful, of course, and the staff is even better. Miriam was our initial point of contact and she helped us through the entire process to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams and was so helpful with all of our requests and needs throughout the journey. On the day of, our maitre’d Steven and bridal attendant Nicolette were incredible! They helped make sure that everything ran according to schedule and that we had everything we needed, so we were able to truly just enjoy the night and time with our family and friends. Steven is a must to make your wedding day run smoothly, he truly was the glue that held the entire day together! The food was also fantastic - we had lots of different stations and passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as late night snacks for our after party in the mansion at the end of the night. All of our guests said that they loved everything and were blown away! We couldn’t recommend Bourne Mansion and their team enough!
I really wanted a venue that was different from your typical catering hall, well the Bourne was different in the most spectacular way. My guests were BLOWN away by the beauty and charm of the Bourne and also by the way the Bourne ran things. When we booked our venue, the sales director Miriam told us this was the Rolls Royce of Lessings venues and she wasn't kidding!! Miriam was amazing to work with, so honest and helpful. The communication was UNBELIEVABLE. Numerous guests came up to me and complimented how Steve ran the show and he truly knows what he is doing. He was such a great time, the bride and groom were his #1 priority. He was on top of everything in the best way possible. My bridal attendant Kira was an angel sent straight from heaven. They made sure we always had food and drinks in our hands, everything was running smoothly and on time. The venue is so jaw dropping and even more beautiful when it is set for a wedding. The food was unbelievable, we added the oysters and sushi stations which guests raved about. So many guests said our wedding was the best they have ever been to and there are a handful of tough critics in the crowd (including myself).
There is really no place like Bourne. I always wanted to get married in a mansion type venue, but I heard that it is difficult because you are required to rent everything from the tables to the silverware which adds so much more cost and a huge headache. Bourne is owned by Lessings, so everything is taken care of for you. They only host one wedding a day, so you are the main focus of the employees that day. The space is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and it overlooks the Great South Bay. I got so many compliments on the food and the atmosphere. In addition, the employees you work with up until the day of your wedding are spectacular. I am so happy with my decision to get married here!
