Brewed Moments was created with a simple belief, that the most meaningful moments in life deserve to be felt, not just celebrated. What started as a love for coffee quickly became a passion for creating experiences that bring people together in a way that feels warm, intentional, and unforgettable.

Founded by Shelesea and Christian, Brewed Moments is more than a coffee cart, it’s a presence at your event. From the first pour to the last sip, every detail is thoughtfully curated, every drink is crafted with care, and every guest is welcomed like they matter.

We don’t just serve coffee, we create moments that linger. The kind your guests talk about, remember, and feel long after the event is over. 

 

We were drawn to the wedding industry because coffee naturally fits into every part of such a special day, it keeps the energy flowing from the early morning excitement to the latenight celebrations.

What we love most is how coffee creates intentional moments to pause, connect, and take it all in. Whether it’s a quiet sip before walking down the aisle or guests gathering around the bar, we get to be part of those in between moments that make the day feel even more meaningful. 

We’re so lucky to have many special wedding memories, as we’ve had the honor of working with so many unique couples and their families.

One moment that really stands out was serving coffee on the morning of a wedding while both the bride and groom’s parties were getting ready. It was such an intimate, behind the scenes experience, filled with excitement, emotions, and support from loved ones. We felt truly honored to be there at the very start of their day, helping set the tone for everything that followed.

 

We specialize in crafting beautifully made lattes and cappuccinos, paired with a highly personalized experience, from custom stencils to thoughtful details that reflect each event. It’s not just about the coffee, but the feeling we leave behind with every guest.

Brewed Moments was founded by Shelesea and Christian with a shared passion for hospitality, creativity, and bringing people together. Growing up in a Dominican home, coffee was always at the center of our family gatherings, it was something constantly being served, creating memories that stayed with us. Whether it was sharing a quiet cup with our grandmother or catching up with a cousin we hadn’t seen in a while, those moments felt simple but deeply meaningful. That’s exactly what inspired the name Brewed Moments, because to us, coffee has always been about connection.

What started as a love for coffee naturally grew into a business centered around experience. From the beginning, we’ve focused not just on serving high-quality drinks, but on creating a feeling—something warm, intentional, and memorable. Shelesea brings the vision and client experience, while Christian is behind the bar crafting each drink with care & love.

 As we continue to grow, our goal is to elevate the experience even further, expanding into larger-scale events, building strong partnerships, and becoming everyone’s go-to coffee cart for unforgettable moments.

What does your service include?
Our service includes our full luxury coffee cart setup, professional baristas, hot and iced espresso-based drinks, a variety of milks and flavors, cups, lids, sugar packets, ice, water, and a customized drink stencil and menu to match your event.

How long is your service?
We have a 2-hour minimum for all bookings, with the option to add additional time if needed.

Do you offer espresso martinis?
Yes! We offer an espresso martini add-on featuring a classic option and a signature twist, perfect for elevating your event.

Do you travel?
Yes, we serve both Long Island and NYC. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

 

Shelesea:
When I’m not working, I love staying active, whether it’s Pilates, a gym session, or a long walk through the park. I also really value spending time with my family. What makes me smile the most is making others laugh.

Christian:
When he’s not working, Christian is usually focused on other projects or riding his bike around town. What makes him smile most is booking a flight to his next adventure, he’s always looking forward to exploring somewhere new.
