Introduction

Hi, we’re Jessica and Jaclynn, the sisters and co-owners behind Cue The Details.

We started this company because we love the energy of a wedding day; The excitement, the emotions, and all the little moments that come together to tell your story. We believe planning shouldn’t feel overwhelming or transactional. It should feel like creating something special with people you trust.

Between us, we’ve planned everything from backyard celebrations to destination weddings, and no two have ever been the same. Jessica is the quick problem solver who keeps things running smoothly no matter what, and Jaclynn is the calm, detail-loving planner who makes sure every piece fits perfectly. Together, we balance each other in the best way and make sure our couples always feel supported and cared for.

Our couples often say it feels like having two extra friends on their team! The best kind of friends who know how to handle the logistics so they can actually enjoy their day. That’s what we’re here for: to keep things relaxed, beautiful, and full of meaning from start to finish. 

The two of us and our team of coordinators and planners that work for us want you to look back and feel like your wedding truly reflected who you are, down to the smallest detail.

The Wedding Industry

Jessica first stepped into the wedding world back in 2012, working in catering, bartending, and serving. She loved being part of the behind-the-scenes energy and quickly realized how much joy came from helping people celebrate life’s biggest moments. That hands-on experience led her to planning, where she’s spent the last six years helping couples bring their visions to life.

Jaclynn dipped in and out of the industry throughout her twenties, always drawn to the creativity and emotion that come with weddings. In 2023, she made the leap into planning full time, and it’s been the perfect fit ever since.

For both of us, there’s something incredibly rewarding about turning all the moving pieces of a wedding into something seamless and meaningful. We love connecting with our couples, calming their nerves, and creating events that feel personal from start to finish. It’s not just about the logistics; It’s about the love, the laughter, and the memories that come with it.

The Wedding Memories

One of our favorite wedding memories will always be a very special Tented Wedding. It was on the North Fork that had so many moving parts (almost 20 separate vendors), from custom installations to weather worries, and we spent weeks making sure every last detail came together exactly how our bride envisioned it.

When she finally stepped into the tent for the first time, she burst into tears. Not because something went wrong, but because she couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. Seeing her reaction of pure emotion, relief, and joy all at once was one of those moments that reminds us why we do this.

We get to create spaces that hold people’s most meaningful memories. Each one is important and special in its own way from our intimate micro-weddings to the grandest events. 

Specialization

We specialize in full planning and love working with clean, versatile venues that allow us to transform the space into something completely unique to each couple. Starting with a blank canvas gives us the freedom to build every element intentionally from the layout and flow to the textures, colors, and overall feel.

Our favorite part is watching a space come to life in a way that reflects our couple’s personality and style. Whether it’s a modern ballroom, a vineyard, or a private property, we thrive on creating designs that feel thoughtful, cohesive, and true to who they are.

Company History

What started as a leap of faith quickly became something bigger than either of us imagined. The name “Cue The Details” reflects exactly what we do: We step in at the right moment to make sure every cue, every transition, and every detail flows seamlessly.

Over time, we’ve grown into a team that shares our same heart for the work. Each person on our team brings something unique to the table, and together we create events that are thoughtful, intentional, and full of personality.

Looking ahead, we see Cue The Details expanding into more destination events while continuing to serve couples across Long Island, New York City, and beyond, but always with the same goal: to make sure every couple feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
