Hi, I’m Tammi, the face and heart behind Events to a T. I’m a wedding coordinator, timeline wrangler, detail-obsessed perfectionist, and your new planning BFF 💜

My approach is simple - I believe every couple deserves to be fully present on their wedding day, soaking in the joy rather than stressing about logistics. From keeping the timeline on track to ensuring every petal, plate, and place card is picture-perfect, I’m there to make sure your vision comes to life seamlessly and beautifully.

When I’m not confirming vendor arrivals or perfecting timelines, you can usually find me walking my three dogs, sipping an iced coffee, or dreaming up my next creative project at the beach. Weddings aren’t just celebrations to me; they’re deeply personal love stories. Getting to help bring those stories to life is an honor that I pour my heart into every single time, and my brides truly become like family by the time we reach the big day.

The Wedding Industry

My love for weddings runs deep, and it has been a part of me long before it became my career. With over a decade in the hospitality industry, I’ve always had a passion for planning and creating experiences, but after planning my own wedding and helping friends and family navigate the chaos of COVID weddings, I knew this was where I was meant to be.

There is something magical about watching a couple’s dream day unfold and seeing their faces light up with pure joy. Being part of that energy, helping couples feel calm, cared for, and confident that everything is handled, is what lights me up. For me, it’s not just about logistics and timelines. It’s about connection, emotion, and creating experiences that reflect each couple’s unique love story.

The Wedding Memories

There are so many amazing memories from the weddings I’ve been part of that it’s hard to choose just one. One of my favorites was when a bride surprised her groom with a sweet first look featuring their dog, complete with a tiny tuxedo. The moment was pure magic. I remember standing back, watching them laugh and cry, knowing every behind-the-scenes detail was running smoothly so they could just be in that moment. That is the part of my job I love most—allowing couples to experience those genuine, once-in-a-lifetime moments without worry.

At every wedding, my favorite moment is always when I watch my bride walk down the aisle toward her next chapter. You’ll almost always catch me wiping away a few happy tears. I also love when couples incorporate something unique to them, whether it’s a meaningful song, a family tradition, or a creative touch that connects their personalities to their celebration. Those little details make each wedding so special.

Specialization

At Events to a T, I specialize in creating customized and tailored experiences because no two couples or weddings are ever the same. I take the time to truly get to know each couple so that by the time the big day arrives, we feel more like family than just vendor and client.

While many know me for my “day-of coordination,” I like to remind couples that it is never truly just one day. At the very least, it’s month-of, but in reality, we are working together long before that. I also offer planning packages for couples who want extra support from start to finish, building a partnership that carries through every stage of the journey to wedding day.

Beyond coordination, I love helping with intimate celebrations—from proposals and bridal showers to rehearsal dinners and styled gatherings. My superpower is turning ideas into elegant, stress-free experiences that feel exactly like you.

 

Company History

Events to a T began as a dream that slowly came to life through years of planning, creating, and celebrating. With a degree in Hospitality Management and a lifelong love for event design, I found myself helping friends and family navigate the chaos of COVID weddings and then diving into planning my own wedding in 2021. Those experiences were what truly sealed the deal—I knew this was what I was meant to do.

The name “Events to a T” represents more than just attention to detail (and maybe just a tiny nod to my name). It’s about creating experiences that are perfectly tailored to each couple’s story, style, and vision. Every timeline, design board, and conversation is handled with heart and care because I know how meaningful this moment is. And even after the last song plays and the lights dim, many of my brides remain in my life long past the wedding day—turning clients into cherished friends.

Personal Hobbies

Outside of weddings, I’m a Long Island girl through and through. I love exploring new places, trying out restaurants, and finding hidden gems close to home. You can usually find me at a cozy spot with a cocktail, jamming out to live music, hiking on a sunny afternoon, or hosting a get-together with friends where I get to decorate a beautiful table just for fun. Traveling is my favorite way to recharge, and nothing makes me happier than time spent with my dogs, my closest friends, and my family. Those simple moments are what keep me inspired and grounded.

Tammi was an absolute asset to my wedding! From the second I talked to Tammi on the phone, I felt like she understood my needs and how to best support me. We used her day of coordination services. Tammi came to our rehearsal, in which she ran everything at the church, helping lead us through and to our final walkthrough with our venue. She took notes on everything and our day ran seamlessly. We had some bumps with a vendor and Tammi fixed it. My wedding day was rainy and Tammi made sure not only I didn’t get wet, but that my whole bridal party didn’t get wet.
