We're super excited to be a part of the BOLI Preferred Vendor Program. We are a portable restroom rental company servicing all of Suffolk & Nassau Counties specializing in Mobile Restroom trailers. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, timeliness, and cleanliness. With more weddings & engagement parties taking place on Long Island post-COVID, we hope to provide a high quality restroom that exceeds the typical portable restroom expectations. You’ve probably had the uncomfortable experience of having to use a port-a-potty many times. We created ExcellRent after encountering a restroom trailer first hand while at a beautiful outdoor wedding. Trust us, you won’t go back! Restroom trailers are spacious, private and resemble the traditional restroom you're used to. We take pride in ensuring that every couple and their loved ones have access to exceptional restroom amenities that match the elegance and significance of their engagement parties, bridal showers and weddings.

We specialize in mobile restroom trailers! We focus 100% of our time and energy to improve our trailer experience, thus we do not carry standard port-a-potties. 

How do I reserve a restroom trailer from ExcellRent, LLC?

You can conveniently reserve your trailer online through our reservation portal, or contact us directly here.

How far in advance do I need to reserve my restroom trailer?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. However, as long as there is availability, you can make a reservation up to 48 hours in advance.

What type of hook ups do I need?

We require a standard outlet and a standard garden hose spigot within 100'. We will provide hose and extension cord at no extra cost. 

Is a deposit required?

To ensure availability, we may require a deposit to hold your reservation. Deposits will be applied to your invoice and any remaining balance will be due upon delivery of the unit(s) via credit card, cash, or check.

How long does my reservation last? 

Our daily rate is based on pick up around 9 am the following day after your event. ie: your event starts at 3pm on June 1st, we would plan to drop off prior to your event and pick up around 9am on June 2nd.
