Hello, brides! My name is Fania, and I started Fluff Me in 2019 (although I’ve been in the hair industry for over a decade!).

My team and I love to focus on your overall bridal look - yes, your hair will look amazing with lots of fullness and body, but most importantly, you will still look like YOU! Our way of styling is very natural and true-to-yourself, highlighting all the gorgeous features that make you the beautiful bride that you are.

We understand that those small details make a big difference, so our ears are always open to your questions and requests. That’s why we’re quick to respond to any email or call that comes our way, and we’ll work with you to ensure that when you look in the mirror on your wedding day, you’re 100% happy. Your big day only happens once, and we’re dedicated to nailing exactly what you envision.

It’s interesting - I feel like the wedding industry found ME, instead of the other way around!

When I first started doing hair, I was doing mostly cuts, styling, and blowouts for photo shoots. I’d constantly hear from my clients, “you did my hair better than my bridal stylist” or “I wish I would have had you as my stylist on my wedding day!” I’m big on attention to detail, whether that’s taming frizz or achieving a perfect balance in style. That approach, along with the feedback from my clients, is what led me to explore a career in bridal styling. It’s a perfect fit!

Picking a favorite wedding memory is hard, because the truth is I’ve loved every wedding I’ve worked. They’re all so different and special in their own ways!

One bride I’ll always remember, though. Like most brides, she was anxious and overwhelmed with planning - you’re getting so much thrown at you, you have to make so many decisions, and you just want everything to be perfect. She would apologize to me for being indecisive and anxious, and always tell me “Fania, you’re so patient and calm.” But I get it! It’s such a big and important day, and you just want everything to go smoothly.

We grew really close during that time because she became more than a client to me, she became a friend. And that’s pretty much the case for all my brides - we form close relationships, because there’s a lot of trust that has to be involved. They’re comfortable speaking up and expressing exactly what they want, and that’s so vital!

If the “Modern Wave” and the “Hollywood Wave” had a baby, that’s my signature style! It’s a softer, less structured version of the “Hollywood Wave.”

Q: Do you have an in-salon location?
A: No, all of our services are mobile. We come to you for your trial and wedding day!

Q: Do you travel outside of Long Island?
A: We’ll go anywhere you take us - even internationally! Just keep in mind that there are travel fees associated.

Q: Can I place a soft hold on my date?
A: Unfortunately we cannot place any soft holds on dates.

Q: Can I do more than one hair change?
A: Yes!

Q: Can I add on people for my wedding date?
A: Yes we can add on more people, but the minimum party count in the contract is final. So while we can’t do fewer people, we can definitely do more

Q: Do you have different packages?
A: We understand that each wedding is different and will require different things, so we can customize different packages to fit your specific needs.

I have a daughter, and my world revolves around her! So I’m into a lot of arts and crafts, water parks, roller coasters - anything that will put a smile on her face.

I also love horror films! I’ve seen too many to even mention. My favorites are the Freddie Kruger movies!

We completely understand the importance of accommodating sensitive skin and allergies, and because of that we only use high-end products that are allergy-free and gluten-free.
