The Wedding Industry

We didn’t just enter the wedding industry. We grew up in it. Every one of our key team members has over 20 years of experience, and not from the top down, from the ground up. Dishwashers, waiters, attendants, coordinators, Maître D’s. We’ve done it all, and that matters.

Because of that, we understand weddings from every angle. We know how much the little things matter, how quickly a moment can shift, and how important it is to get it right the first time. The Wedding Memories

After so many years in this industry, it takes a lot to truly stop us in our tracks. But every now and then, a moment hits that still gives us chills.

One that we always come back to was a couple who had been together since elementary school. Not high school… elementary school. Like lunchbox, playground, grew-up-together kind of love. By the time their wedding day came, it felt like their entire lives had led to that exact moment.

During the speeches, the bride’s father stood up and said, “She didn’t just find the love of her life… she’s been loving him her whole life.” And that was it. The room completely broke. Full silence, then instant tears everywhere. Guests, vendors, our team… everyone.

It’s those kinds of moments that get us every time. The real ones. The ones you can’t plan, can’t fake, and honestly can’t even fully put into words. Just pure, overwhelming, oh my god this is so special energy. And being part of that, even behind the scenes, is something we’ll never get over.

Company History

Giorgio’s isn’t just a venue. It’s the result of a lifetime of passion, hard work, and true family roots.

Our story starts with Giorgio himself, who immigrated from Italy at just 16 years old and began his culinary journey at the iconic Waldorf Astoria. From there, he built a reputation for excellence that followed him throughout a long and successful career, eventually owning and operating multiple renowned establishments across New York City. His work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality became the foundation of everything we do today.

That legacy found its home on the East End of Long Island, where Giorgio and his family came together to create the one-of-a-kind catering facility you see today. What started as a vision turned into a space where elegance meets warmth, and where every event is treated like it truly matters. Even today, although he’s no longer with us, he remains a constant presence and a reminder of where it all began.

But what really defines Giorgio’s is the team. Many of us have been in the industry for over 20 years, and like Giorgio, we worked our way up. Dishwashers, waiters, attendants, coordinators, Maître D’s. We didn’t just learn this business, we lived it. That shared experience creates something rare. A team that moves together, supports each other, and genuinely cares.

Personal Hobbies

When we’re not at the venue, a lot of us are still pretty rooted in food, family, and anything that feels like a good time shared with other people.

Food is a big one for obvious reasons. Trying new restaurants, cooking at home, or just talking about a dish that was “almost as good as ours” is kind of a running joke here. A lot of us also love being outdoors. Whether it’s the beach, a quick getaway on the North Fork, or just a walk after a long event weekend, it’s how we reset.

Family time is really what keeps everyone grounded. Most of us grew up in this industry, so life and work have always been intertwined. Off days, holidays, and any chance to slow down usually mean being around family, good food, and a lot of conversation.

And honestly, what makes us smile most is still what we do here. Watching people celebrate, seeing families come together, hearing laughter during a wedding we helped bring to life. It never really feels like “just work” in that sense.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this venue is. After our first visit, we got in the truck and I turned to my fiancée and said “we HAVE to get married here!”. The venue itself is gorgeous and combines the country club feel with vineyard vibes. The beach and windmill on property gave us so much variety with our photos. Nick, one of the owners, is truly amazing and was there for our entire wedding day. Even though we got married in December, I wanted an outdoor ceremony and he made it happen. Alexa was my bridal attendant and she was such an angel. She literally helped me with EVERYTHING and anything I needed or asked for she immediately brought it. I was very grateful for her!

They make your day so easy and seamless, they are such a well oiled machine. Alexa and Jean the bridal attendants were the MVPs of the day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. We got ready there in the morning, and had the best time. We had the MOST BEAUTIFUL fall day, we couldn’t have asked for any better. I loved our ceremony outside, but the ballroom would have been a weather back up plan, but that was also beautiful. The food, the views, the accommodations were just fantastic. We don’t have one negative thing to say at all, and we are beyond grateful we booked with them.

Wow. The second my husband and I walked through the doors during our venue tour, we knew we were getting married here. It was the 3rd venue we looked at, and we never booked another tour after. Our day couldn’t have been what it was without Nick, George, George Jr., Tino, Alexa, and the entire staff. The service here is top-notch, and you’re treated like family the entire way through. Our wedding guests had nothing but incredible things to say after, and that’s in huge part thanks to Giorgio’s. The lobby and ballroom are breathtaking, the grounds are to die for (with stunning photo opportunities), and the food is phenomenal- we both have large Italian families, so this was a must. Prefect venue for us. Loved that we were the only wedding onsite and were well taken care of. All my guests still say how beautiful the location was. Great location for indoor and outdoor space. It almost rained for our ceremony, so they had chairs set up inside and outside just in case, but we got lucky.  My bridal attendant was amazing and very helpful. We had the early arrival package, so we got dressed at the venue. Food was also really good. We also used Giorgio’s shuttle service from our hotel to Giorgio’s, which was very convenient.

When we first saw Giorgio’s we knew we wanted to get married there. The property is stunning, from the vineyard views, to the fountain, and gazebo it’s all picture perfect for the ceremony. The cocktail hour area and ballroom are elegant and well decorated. The food is absolutely incredible! The bridal suite is gorgeous. Alexa, the bridal attendant, was with me all day. Literally anything I needed she was there to help. The Maitre Ds did a fabulous job as well, organizing the ceremony, making the food come out promptly and over all making sure everything went exactly as planned. I truly mean this when I say it was the most perfect day and my husband and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

I couldn’t have picked a better venue. It was truly the best day ever. The Giorgio’s staff had clear umbrellas for everyone and the bridal attendant Alexa followed us around outside helping whenever she could. Alexa was AMAZING. She made our night run so smooth. I had removable straps on my dress that I ended up wanting to keep on and she sewed them onto my dress in minutes so I was able to keep dancing and enjoying the night. The matre ds George and Tino were amazing. Everyone made sure we had everything we needed at all points of the night and were so attentive to every detail. Our guests are still ranting and raving about the food and the deluxe seafood bar. They even came around within seconds of the entrees and people were able to try a different dish if they wanted to. I highly recommend Giorgio’s to anyone. They made our night perfect.

This is the best wedding venue on Long Island. Best food, best service, best ownership, everything. My bridal attendant Alexis was my bestie all day and I am so grateful for her she did everything and more for me. People can’t stop talking about the food. We did not do a cake and instead I had the venue make a bunch of passed desserts that the servers came out with after dinner. I wanted my exit station to be popcorn, even though that wasn’t an option and they made it happen. Giorgio’s shuttle took us to the venue at 7am, and we were able to get ready there all day, get pictures there before the ceremony, then stay all night and had an after party for 2 more hours with chicken fingers and fries and mozzarella sticks and more open bar.

I knew I wanted a cocktail style party, but really didn't have time to go over the details. Nick handled everything, he designed the menu and it exceeded all expectations. People are still talking about all the desserts they served, the food was never ending! I know Giorgios is mainly a wedding venue, but please think about using the other rooms as we did for a cocktail party, it was stunning!

It is the most perfect venue. When we started looking, we spoke with Ashley who really hit every point that we wanted on our wedding day. She is why we choose this venue. The venue is in a perfect location that it is on the island but it’s secluded enough that it makes you feel like you’re away. The owners Nick and George are honestly so amazing with planning and making your day so perfect. The communication with them all was very easy. Our bridal attendant Alexa was amazing since day 1. She was so helpful with so many things and made everything run so smoothly. There are no words to say how grateful I am for her to be my bridal attendant. Tito and Jason were our maitre-ds. They were so fantastic and fixed everything and made sure everything ran on time and smoothly. Overall you are in the best hands with this group. The cocktail hour food was so amazing and dinner was excellent and they gave people seconds. Everyone still raves about the food too. To me, no venue would ever be close to this one. They are perfect from start to finish.

The entire staff is amazing. I had Jean and Alexa as my bridal attendants and they were very attentive and super helpful all day. Toni and Georgie ensured the whole day ran smoothly and were so nice. The food was phenomenal, everyone was raving about it all night, and there was no shortage of anything! We were there literally all day, from getting ready, to photos, to ceremony, reception and after party and everything was perfect. We also used Giorgio's shuttle service and they were always on time, clean and helpful with packing bags and items onto and off the buses.

I cannot say enough good things about Giorgio’s. This is a family owned place that really really cares about the people they’re taking care of. Their staff are polite, hands on, and treat you like family. Jean was my morning attendant and helped us out with our breakfast & getting ready.. She is so sweet and great to work with! Brianna was my attendant for the rest of the night and let me tell you, you can trust her with your life. She kept us on schedule and made sure that nothing will ruin your day. The food was A+. Honestly the only thing that i regret was going to see them first before any other venues because the others could not compare to what Giorgios has to offer. George Jr and Nick are so great and really make their brides feel like they are family. Anything and everything i wanted they made sure it happened. Also a HUGE shout out to Brianna their bridal attendant. This girl is truly amazing. I did not have a “day of coordinator” and really didn’t feel like i needed one because she was on top of everything. Anything that i asked her was already done and dealt with. Our wedding went so smoothly and it was definitely due to the staff that they have here! Brianna is a dream to work with making sure your day goes the best that it possibly could. She did not leave my side and made sure I had everything I needed every step of the way. The venue even tried to move up our time for our outdoor ceremony so we could have it before the rain but the rain did not care and still came anyway. They quickly moved everything inside. All the guests were waited on hand and foot the entire day making it a memorable day for all. You cannot go wrong with them as your venue!

If you're in between venues, RUN TO GIORGIO'S!!!!! Nick, George and Ashley are a power team who all made sure my day was perfect. I'm an EXTREMELY detailed person. I dropped off so many items with VERY specific instructions for everything and not only did they clarify my vision a million times but they totally delivered. Any question I emailed Ashley (A LOT) was answered in a timely manner. My wedding was a month and a half ago and I am still hearing guests rave about the food, the service and the gorgeous layout of the venue. I'm so glad Giorgio's has a ballroom that can be used as both ceremony and reception space. When I walked down the aisle and saw my vision come to life, it was truly an incredible feeling. We were greeted with champagne the second after our ceremony and were quickly whisked away to a small area with our ENTIRE cocktail hour food on plates along with our signature drinks. Joe, our maitre d, is the best in class. He knows how to run a wedding and I know ANY Giorgio's bride can vouch for him. He connected with our guests and made everyone feel like they were important. Brianna, my bridal attendant, was my best friend that day. Everything I needed, she was on top of.  I can go on and on about Giorgio's. Seriously, book them.

Giorgio’s Baiting Hollow A+++. From the start, Giorgio’s was an amazing wedding venue to work with. We were a postponed wedding from October 2020 so rescheduling was super stressful, but Giorgio’s was great about it. Giorgio’s has the most beautiful grounds between the windmill, patio, golf course, beach, and gardens so guests were able to enjoy the venue outside. Besides the grounds, key staff that made the day go SO smoothly were Joe and Brianna (maître’ d and bridal attendant). Guests were saying how they felt like they were part of the family. They are on top of everything, literally nothing went wrong all day! I can go on and on – the food was amazing and guests are able to get seconds of anything they want. Bridal suite is beautiful and a great place to get ready in. The guys also had the party room downstairs with the pool table, poker table, TVs, etc. Booking Giorgio’s is hands down the best thing you can do!
