Donnalee brings over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, having spent decades managing and growing another fine jewelry store before deciding to venture out on her own. Danielle began her career in Manhattan in fashion merchandising, gaining a strong background in style, branding, and client experience before stepping away from the corporate world to raise her children. Eight years ago, she joined Donnalee, and together they opened Gray’s—combining their strengths to create something uniquely their own.

From the beginning, the goal was to create a store that felt different from the traditional jewelry experience. At Gray’s, we shop alongside our clients rather than from behind a counter, creating an environment that feels inviting instead of intimidating—where you’re encouraged to browse, try things on, and truly enjoy the process.
