Our Mission:
To create a unique party experience for our clients and their guests. We promise to accomplish this by providing more than just great music catered to each individual occasion. Fully insured, experienced team of DJs, Emcees, Photographers, Live Musicians, Party Motivators, Dancers & Event Coordinators, High Voltage Entertainment is your answer to a stress free memorable event.

Why Us:
With over decade in the industry and over 3,500 successfully planned events behind them, our event coordinators will use their experience and creativity to customize your celebration. We remove the stress involved in planning by meeting with you to map out an event timeline. We give attention to detail in order to create a memorable event, just as you imagined it to be.

What We Do:
Through experience and knowledge, our DJ’s will satisfy your taste for music. In order to create and enhance the mood of an event, a DJ must be in tune with their audience. What makes us different? Our DJs will play the correct music, at just the right time, with the perfect volume. Are there certain songs which must be played or avoided at your event? Feel free to customize the soundtrack for your special day in our “Song List” section. We provide various services in addition to great music to enhance your special day. Where We Are:
Our showroom is centrally located in Hauppauge, NY and we will happily travel anywhere in the Tri-State area. We have had the privilege of working with most of the catering venues on Long Island and are familiar with their floor plans and schedules. If you have yet to pick a venue for your event, we can help.

Our charismatic, talented and professional staff are able to ensure your event is exciting and unique while not stealing the spotlight. Multilingual MC’s are available.

Equipment:
Our audio, video and lighting equipment is at the cutting edge of technology. We have sound and lighting to accommodate any size room. Back up equipment is always available at every event.

FAQs

Q: Are you sufficiently insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. If your venue requests a copy of our policy, we will be more than happy to promptly email a copy to their office.

Q: What time will you arrive to my event?
We arrive anywhere from 45 minutes to 180 minutes before your event begins. The arrival time depends on the package you choose and the complexity of the set-up. We always leave enough time to account for any unexpected delays such as traffic or accidents.

Q: Do you bring back-up equipment?
Back-up equipment is always available at every event.

Q: How loud is your volume?
Volume is a very important aspect of every event. We would rather you ask us to raise the volume than lower it! During the event, we frequently check the room to see if the volume is at an appropriate level. We feel you should be able to have a conversation just about anywhere in the room.

Q: Will you play requests during the event?
We will be more than happy to play requests during the event unless otherwise instructed by the host.

Q: Are songs played with explicit content or objectionable lyrics?
All of our music is radio edited with no explicit content. Some songs have objectionable lyrics and cannot be played at all events. Your music selection is customized prior to your event with an event coordinator.

Q: Do you provide a written agreement?
Yes, a contract is signed prior to every event. The terms of the contract are clearly defined which include our cancellation policy, party information and services being provided. The contract guarantees the client is being provided with the services they are expecting.

Q: How do I pay?
We accept either cash, check or credit card! There are no hidden charges on our services.
Payment Schedule: 30% Deposit Due Upon Signing of Contract | 30% Due Six Month Prior to Event Date | 40% Due One Month Prior to Event Date.

From planning to the actual wedding day High Voltage was beyond incredible. Day of all members at our wedding (Angelo, Billy, Matt, and Anthony) were amazing. They checked in with us to make sure we liked the vibe, if we wanted to request or change anything, and if we needed anything at all. They even checked in with
guests asking if they would do anything to help. There was not one minute the dance floor was not packed with people. They did an excellent job reading the room and changing the music to fit everyone's preference. We got countless compliments on how amazing the DJ was and asking us to forward their information so that they could hire them for their next party. We also used their photo booth which was amazing quality and they made us a scrap book and sent over digital copies of all the photos. I would highly recommend High Voltage for any wedding or party!

High Voltage went absolutely above and beyond. Prior to the wedding day, I met with Anthony several times so that he could get to know us and understand what music and atmosphere worked best for us. They performed music and video services for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. At first I wasn’t sure if I should add on the videography but it was 1000000% worth it. They created 3 reels for us and filmed my ceremony as a surprise which was the best surprise ever. Every single add on was worth it from the dancing on the cloud, to the additional uplifting, to the reel, to the DJ booth, to the CO 2 cannons. Anthony even stepped in to help last minute when I wanted to donate my bouquet to my mom by facilitating the speech when I was feeling overwhelmed to talk in front of people. I don’t know where to begin, what a night to remember! They gave us the most amazing, fun and lively wedding celebration. It’s more than we could have hoped for. These guys exceeded our expectations. High Voltage was the preferred vendor for my wedding venue (Swan Lake Caterers) and holy hell they did NOT disappoint! They have an easy to use planning form where you can put song requests and they even give song suggestions for all the different dances and special moments for your big day. The company is so put together and well run— always reaching out to check in and give updates and they answered all correspondence promptly.  They played all of our requested songs and added in ones I wish I would’ve thought of! I swear Anthony and Billy were like psychics with the way that they read the room and kept everyone entertained from start to finish. We absolutely loved having HVDJ as part of our wedding! Our DJ was Billy, MC was Anthony and we also had a Photo Booth assistant who was Andrew. They are an amazing team. I would like to start off by saying that High Voltage Entertainment is the best and only DJ company you need to consider when choosing entertainment for your wedding. While en route to our venue, we were very excited to be celebrating with our wedding party. Unfortunately, my wife and I received a text message from (a different company) that we hired for an inflatable photo booth, telling us that he was not going to be able to make it. Mind you, we were 20 minutes away from the venue and instantly felt bummed out. As soon as we arrived at the venue, we were greeted by the BEST “MC” named Anthony and “DJ” named Angelo. Anthony could tell we had an issue so we quickly explained what had happened. He looked at us and said “I can have a photo booth here in less than 55 minutes”. We should have booked High Voltage’s photo booth package from the start! Matt from High Voltage was put in charge of quickly running back out to Hauppauge from Riverhead and was able to make it back in time to set up their photo booth for us! In addition, they even got us a scrapbook photo album to make sure that we would still have our guest book!! They even provided us with a flash drive of all of the photos that were taken throughout the night for us to have!! High Voltage Entertainment went above and beyond for us from start to finish. I have been to countless weddings and can honestly say I have never seen that many people on the dance floor as much as they were at our wedding. We gave them free range to play whatever they wanted (with a few do not play songs) They put together a perfect mix and kept the party jumping! We were beyond impressed with their performance and energy! Anthony kept checking in with us numerous times throughout the night to make sure that everything was running smoothly! I can promise you that you will not regret choosing High Voltage for any celebration you have!!

Wow! I had the most perfect wedding and it was all thanks to Anthony and Angelo at High Voltage. They went above and beyond to make the day perfect. People are still coming up to me asking for their names and list of songs they played. They were professional and ran everything by me including song requests. They made sure to review things more than once to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and they answered emails promptly and professionally. I had 50 kids at my wedding and Anthony brought hula hoops and age appropriate games for the kids without me even asking. Anthony was extremely attentive, even handed my dad a glass of wine when he forgot to bring one during his toast. The sound quality of the music was great, even when loud it wasn't scratchy or unclear which I've experienced at other weddings. They even brought a generator for the outside music since I didn't know the venue needed that. They had everyone dancing the whole time, and played fun games to hand out the centerpieces at the end of the night. I was surprised at how much fun everyone had and the DJ team received so many compliments from my guests throughout the night and still a week later. I don't think I've done this before but I had to go back the next day and give the guys an extra tip because they went above and beyond. Please book high voltage if you're looking for a perfect and fun event!

They were the one and only entertainment company my husband and I considered for our wedding and let me tell you... they know what they are doing and can keep a party going!!! The entire planning process was made easy, they were quick to respond to any questions, and continued to check in as our wedding day approached. We had Anthony as our MC and Angelo as our DJ who were both a huge contribution to making our wedding the best day ever! Anthony and Angelo are professional, know how to run a smooth wedding from start to finish, and are incredibly fun to have at your wedding. We also had a photobooth which was a huge hit. Angelo also made us an amazing 1-minute reel video highlighting our wedding and we were blown away at how well the video turned out. High Voltage made the entire night. Anthony is amazing and has done my sweet 16 as well as tons of events for my husband's family. He was so accommodating and answered all of my crazy questions throughout the planning process and always had time to discuss any potential issues or ideas I had. It takes me a long time to make big decisions like booking vendors for my wedding and I did a lot of research beforehand. The reviews for High Voltage are great so I went for it and I can honestly say that booking them (and Capture the Moment for photography) were two of the best decisions I made. These two vendors work so seamlessly together and it made the planning process so, so, so much more simple. High Voltage uses an electronic planning form which we loved. While some vendors are difficult to get in touch with, High Voltage actually called me through the wedding planning just to check in. It was really easy to trust them during the planning and on the day of. They read the crowd throughout the wedding, played all of the songs we wanted, avoided the ones we didn’t want, and were just a blast to be around. We had them for welcome service, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They moved through the venue with ease to be where they needed to be and just really knew what they were doing, which made everything so comfortable for us. I would recommend using both High Voltage and Capture the Moment to everyone.

ANTHONY AND ANGELO ARE GREAT!! I had a very unique vision for my wedding ceremony entrance and ending along with many other things I wanted done precisely. I also had a custom music mix for my first dance. MC Anthony & DJ Billy really knew how to keep the party going and made it such a great time! The dance floor was filled the entire night and really made sure the music was on point! We didn’t give that many recommendations (as my husband and myself are not super picky and like all of the classics and what’s popular right now). We gave them free rein to just keep the party going and to use the songs/genres we recommended and they ran with it and it worked out really well! I think one of the best parts of Capture the Moment (our photographer) and High Voltage is that they work together so often that they work great together! Near the end of the night, Anthony brought my husband and I outside to the photographers, and they all worked together to get some really cool night shots. The way both teams are so relaxed together really makes for a fun time, and eased my nerves right off the bat! I can't rave about them enough!

High Voltage Entertainment is great! We used them for our wedding celebration this past June. They work with you to make sure everything is how you want it- from the songs they play to the order of the events of the evening! Anthony & Angelo were amazing at bringing everything together and making our celebration unforgetable- for us and for all of our guests! There was not a moment throughout the night that the dance floor was not occupied by tons of people! Especially using them, Capture the Moment Studios, and Swan Lake Caterers together, helped they day go perfectly! They all work so closely and well together that having all of them a part of our day made every part of it so amazing! Our wedding was on 6/19/21, we were so fortunate to have Anthony as our MC and Billy as our DJ. Our wedding was cancelled because of COVID so we had an extra year of communication with this company. Where do I even begin?! AMAZING. I’ll start out by saying that Anthony and my husband formed a special bond because of the amount of times he called him with questions during the wedding planning process :D! He was so understanding and accommodating with everything. Day or night, Anthony was there to answer any questions we had, and honestly, the wedding couldn’t have been as perfect as it was without him. Everything from the music to the photo booth and everything in between was PERFECT. He’s an amazing emcee and really kept the party going throughout the entire night. Operations-wise, SO ORGANIZED. High Voltage has a form where you literally drop EVERYTHING in there for the day of the wedding, from first dances to cake cutting and everything in between.
