Sophia and the team were amazing! From the start of planning Sophia made sure to explain everything and make the process easy! The day of our wedding the team always made sure we were ok and if we needed anything they would make it happen right away.

My husband and I got married at Swan Lake Caterers. From start to finish, this has been the best experience of my life! The staff at Swan Lake was extremely knowledgeable, organized, accommodating and kind. The grounds are breathtaking for photos and an outdoor ceremony. We had an outdoor cocktail hour as well which was under a beautiful tent. Not to mention, this venue is more affordable than majority of the others on Long Island. To start, Sophia handled all things planning. She was extremely helpful and quick to answer all texts, calls, and emails. Next up, Charlie! He is the fabulous chef and creative mind behind all things food at Swan Lake. Elena and Mary. Elena was the maitre’d and she also does their decor package (beautifully if I may add), and Mary was my bridal attendant who helped with my every need.

Swan Lake Caterers was beyond the best! We had an outdoor ceremony with a tented reception and it was the wedding of our dreams. From the food, to the location, to the incredibly helpful and sweet service- if I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. (although let's hope this is our first and only wedding) We had a slightly less traditional styled wedding and they accompanied every request stunningly. Forever in awe of how seamlessly the day went by and will always hold a special place in my heart for Swan Lake.

 

Overall, our day was perfect, and we highly recommend working with Charlie, Elena, Sophia, and Jill. The rest of the wait staff were also courteous and prompt, and all were very nice and helpful if anyone had questions. We highly recommend Swan Lake for anyone looking for a beautiful and easy to work with venue, and we will forever be thankful to everyone who helped make our wedding day be so special.

We wanted a rustic themed wedding and they had exactly what we wanted in a venue! Charlie was the one who showed us everything at our initial meeting and he sold us right on the spot. You could tell how much he cared and how passionate he was about his job. Throughout the whole process, Sophia was absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we wanted. And for the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and the staff made sure we were fed, had drinks in our hands at all times and got us whatever we needed. They truly have such a great team on their hands! They even made sure our guests were happy with everything and even brought a whole tray of hors d'oeuvres to my parents so they could get a taste of everything! Most brides are worried about how the food and drinks are and I’m happy to say that all our guests raved about how great everything turned out!

Let’s talk about the kind, patient, and all around amazing staff. From our first meeting with Swan Lake to picking up our items the day after, the staff was absolutely wonderful. We first met with staff at Swan Lake by joining them for their food tasting, and OMG, the food was out of this world. They made us feel so welcomed, answered all of our questions on the spot, and worked with us to find a date that could work that we booked right on the spot. We really just fell in love with it right from the beginning.

My  husband and I had our wedding at Swan Lake and words cannot express how great it was. We reserved our wedding date with Charlie and from that day all the way to the day of the wedding, the staff was so attentive. Sophia and Charlie would call or email us often to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions. I had a vision of what I wanted the wedding to look like and they absolutely nailed it! The day of wedding our Maitre D, Elena, was so attentive to both us and our guests. I had not an inkling of stress on my wedding day and there was not a single thing that went wrong.
The food was absolutely amazing! My husband and I enjoyed most of the cocktail hour in the bridal suite (which is so cute and cozy) and during the whole time the best bridal attendant, Mary, always made sure everything was ok and was so sweet.  Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Swan Lake. The place is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. What more can you ask for?

We chose Swan Lake for our reception for many reasons: the grounds are gorgeous, the people are awesome, there's only 1 wedding at a time, and the food is simply spectacular.

Our wedding was planned with only 6 months before our big day. Once we walked into the beautiful foyer and were greeted by Sophia, the decision was easy. Chef Charlie is more than just accommodating -- he's an active part of menu planning and handling guests' different dietary needs. Elena and Sophia made sure every part of our day went perfectly, and that's no exaggeration. From the planning to the table charts to timing, guest-wrangling, decor and making sure the guests of honor were taken care of, we were in good hands the entire time!

When we first stepped into our venue the splendor of the day was shinning brightly through the floor to ceiling windows. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better venue and staff for our special day. Charlie's expert cuisine catered to all of our dietary needs and was simply out of this world. Elena was nothing but gracious, and runs her events like a well oiled machine. She bent over backwards for my husband and I. She made sure that our vision was brought to life and I am truly grateful for it. My bridal attendant Mary was warm and understanding. She knew how demanding the day is on the Bride and Groom and made sure to check in with us constantly. The servers and bartenders were top notch. It was a day we will cherish for ever. If you have any type of event where you want absolutely everything to be taken care of with the highest attention to detail, book with Swan Lake!! Between Charlie and Sophia answering all of our wedding planning questions up until the day before, Elena decorating the venue, and Mary as my bridal attendant, I did not have to lift a finger the day of my wedding. They were the greatest team a bride could ask for, I am so grateful choosing Swan Lake as my venue. The food was amazing and all my guests raved to me after the wedding how wonderful the whole staff was during the reception. Swan Lake is the greatest wedding venue Long Island has to offer!!

The best way to describe my wedding experience with Swan Lake Caterers is absolute perfection. Swan Lake was the first and only venue my husband and I went to visit and we knew right away that it was the only place where we wanted to get married. On our first visit to Swan Lake, we booked on the spot and did not have one single regret. The atmosphere is amazing and you feel so welcomed the second you walk into the door and not to mention the amazing layout of the room and the decor throughout. Leading up to the wedding. One of the best things about getting married at Swan Lake is the endless possibilities for photo opportunities. My husband and I were able to take a golf cart around the venue and our photographer was able to take the most amazing pictures. So if you are looking for a venue with fantastic photograph opportunities right on-site, then Swan Lake is the place for you. Swan Lake is not your average venue. I love how they only do one wedding a day and how personable everyone is who works there. My wedding was truly the best day of my life thank you to Swan Lake Caterers!

Swan Lake caterers has been nothing but amazing throughout this whole planning process. They want to make sure the bride is happy and has the best wedding possible. 

I don’t even know where to begin with Swan Lake. From the minute we walked into the venue, we just KNEW Swan Lake was where we were getting married. Instantly. Throughout the whole process, Charlie has been absolutely amazing, and the days leading up to the event, Elena made sure that everything was absolutely perfect for us. The day of the wedding, Elena and Jill made sure that everything went smoothly and got us LITERALLY whatever we needed. It happened to rain on our wedding day, and we were pretty bummed about it because the grounds were beautiful, HOWEVER, once we saw what Elena and the team did inside, we didn’t even miss the outdoors at all! One of our favorite things about Swan Lake is that the whole team really made us feel like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and a better team to bring our dream wedding to fruition. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They helped us throw such an amazing, unforgettable wedding.

My husband and I got married here 2/26/22 and I cannot find enough words to describe what a great job everyone at Swan Lake did! I've worked in the service industry for many years and the absolute best part of working with Swan Lake was the service! From the minute we walked in the door Charlie was so flexible, informative, and attentive. Elena's management was top notch from start to finish and talking with Sophia on a regular basis was always a pleasure! The venue was beautifully decorated and individualized, with so much attention paid to the smallest details. The transition from pictures, to cocktail hour, to our cocktail-style reception was truly seamless. All of our guests couldn't stop commenting on how impressed they were with the food and the speedy and professional service. The overall ambiance of the venue with the incredible service made it feel so much more like an intimately hosted private party, as opposed to the "wedding factory" vibe so many other locations can be notorious for. We booked and planned our wedding in just a 3 month period and Charlie and Elena were so helpful in guiding us through the whole process. They are so professional and detail-oriented, they truly excel at everything they do. On top of all the bells and whistles, the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful to their entire team for being so accommodating, professional, and for hosting a perfect event from start to finish. My husband and I, as well as all of our guests, were so impressed with the very high standard they set and maintained through every detail- from planning through execution. I am so happy we chose them to host our wedding and I look forward to hosting events there again in the future! I so highly recommend this venue!

Swan Lake Caterers gave us our dream wedding! The grounds and reception hall are gorgeous, the food is on par with a five star restaurant, and the staff is second to none. Highly recommend!

Swan Lake made our wedding the day I dreamed my whole life it would be. We booked this venue based on the location, price, maximum capacity and the fact that they only cater to one wedding at a time! We booked one year prior to our wedding and the amount of upgrades Swan Lake had made within that time frame only made us happier with our decision! My family is still talking about how amazing everything was to this day! We worked with Charlie throughout our planning process and he made everything a breeze! We had a TORNADO my wedding day and you wouldn’t have even known with how calm and collected the entire staff was! After our ceremony my husband and I were served our cocktail hour food separately in the bridal suite to have a moment alone and the staff made sure that we were not to be bothered so we could have that intimate moment together which was very special for us. I can’t even begin to tell you how AMAZINGLY Elena put everything together. The day was a dream that I wish I could relive over and over again!

Where do I even begin! Swan Lake was a blessing in disguise & an absolute hidden gem! We are SO glad we stumbled upon Swan Lake because our first meeting with Charlie went better than we could have imagined. Charlie saw our vision, and truly brought it to life- along with Elaina. Everything my husband and I could have wanted in a wedding was brought to life and implemented and we are so grateful for the incredibly supportive and caring team. By the end of our wedding, we truly feel as if Charlie was part of our family because that’s exactly how he made us feel throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or needed help with something, he was there to help sooner than I expected. Our wedding at Swan Lake was the most incredible night of our lives and we are SO grateful for all of the help and support we received. We can not wait to keep recommending Swan Lake to everyone we know & can’t wait to use them again for more events!

I cannot say enough amazing things to describe how great working with Swan Lake was, and how perfect our wedding turned out on 9/17/21! We worked with Charlie directly for most of the planning process, and he was great with accommodating us! When dealing with COVID, they actually reached out to us first a few months before our original date to let us know that whatever we decided (postponing, downsizing, catering for home), that they would be able to do it! It really made the whole process so much easier. Elena, our maitre d, and Mary, my bridal attendant, both went above and beyond for our event as well! They were amazingly helpful and were sure that my husband and I were comfortable and happy at all times throughout the night. My family couldn’t stop complimenting their attentiveness, either! We had both our ceremony and reception here, and wouldn’t change any of it!

I had my wedding here on September 3rd and it was the most amazing experience. From the very beginning Charlie guided my now husband and I through the entire process with ease. Even through the pandemic he kept us in the loop and kept constant communication with us. Anytime we stepped in for a meeting he would be just as excited as I was to talk! Now to get to the exciting part… the wedding day! I cannot think of a more perfect place to have celebrated our special day. The grounds alone speak for themselves but it was the entire team and experience that made it perfect. Elena the maitre d’ was amazing! She made sure that everything went smoothly and as planned. Her experience in this industry made me feel so comfortable that all I had to worry about was having fun. Mary the Bridal attendant was so great! She constantly checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and not only took care of me but my entire bridal party. The food and drinks were the main attraction for my guests, cocktail hour was a huge hit! We had so many stations and hor d'oeuvres that some of our guests thought that was all the food for the night so when dinner orders were being placed they were shocked! Charlie was not only our coordinator but the head chef, I have never heard so many people compliment wedding food before. One of my guests told me days later “Everyday I think about the delicious wedding food and how I won’t be able to eat it again” The entire team at Swan Lake made my wedding everything I could ever ask for and for that I truly want to thank you!

After having to wait a whole extra year to have our wedding event here, Swan Lake gave us the most amazing celebration we could've ever imagined!! The venue itself is beautiful, the food and drinks were great, and the staff is amazing to work with! They truly care about you and strive to make your day special and meet all your desires! Charlie & Anthony, as well as Sophia, Elena & the rest of the staff we worked with, did above and beyond what we could've ever asked or imaged to make our day perfect! My husband and I are so glad that we were still able to have our wedding celebration here after having to postpone a couple times. Since we ended up postponing a year, we were able to utilize their new outdoor patio area for our reception time which was beautiful with the tent and lights that were added! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a venue to have any type of event! I definitely know that for any future events that I will have, I will be using Swan Lake.

I was supposed to have my wedding july 2020 but had to postpone and they gave me 0 issues and were very supportive and understanding. I booked with charlie and he is very detail oriented and on top of everything. I finally had my wedding this july 2021 and it was amazing. Elena and Natalia were extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations. We wish the night didn’t end , it was that good! Guests are saying it was the best wedding they been too! They loved the layout. I highly recommend swan lake caterers for any event.

A-maz-ing! Ah-MAZ-ing! I can’t say that enough. Between the wait staff, our maître d’, bridal attendant, and the beautiful venue! We have been working with this venue for over two years, due to COVID, a few times we were thinking of not even doing a wedding, but we’re both so glad we did. Charlie, Elena, Shelby, Anthony- everyone made our day go flawless! Our “imperfection” were so hidden, and our day was the definition of perfect! our guest had nothing but great things to say about the waitstaff, the food, and everyone involved! They really do go above and beyond! They are a truly a hidden Gem on Long Island! Also, our guest had nothing but wonderful things about the grounds of swan lake! It was breathtaking! The cocktail hour on their new patio and newly painted building, honestly it’s was way more then we could’ve imagined!

There isn't enough room on any forum to truly express how positive our experience has been with Swan Lake Caterers. We looked at a few locations before stumbling upon Swan Lake Caterers and honestly, it was the menu that pulled me to this location. Being that we are both vegan, it was important to us to have more than just a veggie tower as an option for our dinner. When we met Charlie, our minds were made up rather quickly. Charlie not only understood our needs for vegan food but helped us plan an entirely vegan menu for the whole event which blew the socks off ALL of our guests - I mean it, people who've never tried vegan food completely blown away by the depth of flavor and things that can be done to transform plants. He also made us feel like we were becoming part of a family, how our needs were important, and it was obvious that this was NOT another "Long Island Wedding Factory" (I'm sure most of you reading these reviews know exactly what I'm talking about). Not only is Charlie such a large selling factor at Swan Lake, but the team of people he's helped put together both within Swan Lake, the vendors he recommended, all of them made the planning and the wedding itself more special than I could have ever imagined. Elena, our maitre'd, did an incredible job with the decor. She took our decorations and theme and transformed the space further than I could have done myself. On the day/night of our wedding, Elena and our Bridal attendant Gill took extra special care of us. In this case, they had 2 brides to attend to, and they made it seem so easy! They made sure we always had a drink in hand (if we wanted to) and ensured that we had time to eat throughout the evening. We felt like royalty. Additionally, we booked our wedding a year before covid and were one of the couples who had to push our date out due to the restrictions. What could have been an opportunity for the venue to take advantage of us, turned into even more proof that Swan Lake Caterers was the right decision for us. They were there to give us updates every step of the way and were very flexible as we tried to figure out our new date(s). Swan Lake Caterers is the perfect place to get married, in my opinion. The people there are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their couples. The venue is beautiful, the (new) outdoor space was awesome for our cocktail hour, and the inside was clean, modern, and with all the decor - exquisite. We couldn't have been happier with our choice!

I cannot say enough nice things about Swan Lake and the entire staff their. Charlie, Anthony, Elena and the entire crew were on top of everything. I am completely neurotic and I was able to let my guard down because they had everything covered. The food was AMAZING. I am having a hard time keeping up with the amount of messages I am getting from our guests about how special our day was.

Let me start by saying, my husband and I booked our wedding with Swan Lake over 3 years prior to our actual wedding. We booked it 2 years out from our engagement, and then covid happened and pushed us back another year! We have heard horror stories of venues taking advantage of their couples during this time and at that point we realized the true value of Swan Lake. We worked with Charlie from the very beginning and throughout the process and he really became our friend! He called us all the time with new guideline updates, he constantly kept in touch with us and didn’t financially take advantage of us during such a stressful time! I am a detail-oriented person/bride so I had A LOT of questions. Anytime I reached out to Charlie he got back to me quicker than I expected him to. Every time we had a meeting we felt welcomed and like we were part of the family. We were fortunate to have Elena as our maitre’d and she was AMAZING!! She played a huge role in setting up the décor we sent in and she did an incredible job. She really made sure everything was perfect and it was better than I even imagined in my mind. We also had Jill as our bridal attendant. We felt like royalty because of her, anything we wanted or needed she was there to meet our needs! I just cannot say enough about this place, it is truly something special. It doesn’t feel like a wedding factory, you can just feel that they all really care about their couples. We are forever grateful to everyone at Swan Lake. If you book with them you will not be disappointed!! Last but definitely not least, the food was amazing!!! People are still raving about it we thoroughly enjoyed every bite of food we had. Icing on the cake!

I can’t even begin to say enough good things about Charlie, Anthony, and everyone at Swan Lake. They have been such a blessing during wedding planning. There are so many aspects that I never would have considered if it weren’t for them. You can tell they love what they do
