We had the best experience with MWS. The maitre d and bridal attendant were both absolutely fantastic on the day of. Our whole planning experience with Bob, the banquet manager, was seamless. He answered every question within moments and was flexible where we needed. I am gluten free and he eased every food concern and worry. The Mansion itself was absolutely perfect for our 125 person Memorial Day Weekend wedding.
The Mansion at West Sayville is a gorgeous venue inside and out, and we’re so happy we chose it for our wedding. We loved the vibe from our first visit. Bob the manager was down to earth, practical, and never tried to upsell us or pressure us into adding anything we didn’t need. Anytime I emailed Bob with a question, he responded within minutes and was always very on top of things. On the day of, everything about the wedding itself went so smoothly. Ann Marie the maitre d and Camille the bridal attendant were sweet, attentive, and so good at what they do. They set up our decor so beautifully and packed it away in an organized way at the end of the wedding. Ann Marie kept everything running smoothly, and Camille made sure we always had whatever we wanted, from food and bar drinks to our own pitcher of water when she noticed we were “the most hydrated couple she’d ever worked with” The bartender and all of our waitstaff were so attentive and wonderful too. The food was delicious and we got so many compliments about it.
We fell in love with the Mansion at West Sayville as soon as we met Bob and his staff. The moment we saw it, we loved the vibe: an old mansion on a golf course with so much charm and character. We wanted a simple, intimate wedding, and this venue was the perfect fit. The food was 10/10. Our guests wouldn’t stop raving about it,. The staff was incredible—attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They made sure no one’s drink was ever empty, and you could tell they truly love what they do and take pride in being part of such special moments.
The entire time working with Bob the manager was super smooth and he’s extremely straight forward. He answered all of my questions, made sure we had all we needed the day of and let us run our wedding the way we wanted. People are still raving and talking about the food! Everything from the cocktail hour, dinner to our Viennese station was a HIT! Overall, our wedding was a dream and this venue is not talked about enough!

Could not recommend this venue enough for brides looking for an affordable option. It is absolutely beautiful and overlooks the Great South Bay. There is a separate room for the dance floor. It also comes with string lights, a green backdrop and miscellaneous decorations included, which many venues typically don’t offer. We worked with the manager, Bob, and he made the process so straightforward. All in all, we had the most beautiful day and have zero complaints about this venue. I’d get married there over and over if I could!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue and everyone I worked with! Bob, the general manager, was amazing to deal with and dealt with all my questions and concerns. Annmarie the Maitre’D was so attentive and kept everything going smoothly all day! Camille, the bridal attendant, was so sweet and always made sure we had drinks, food and whatever else we needed! The property itself is gorgeous and I was so happy I got to get married outside under their tall, gorgeous tree!
We picked MWS because it felt homey and not like a big dance hall. It was intimate and everyone was sitting close enough where you weren’t too spread out. Our maitre d was Anne Marie and she was absolutely incredible. Everything ran so smoothly and having her to handle any hiccups was such a blessing. Camille was my bridal attendant and she was so sweet and made sure I was good on drinks and food the entire night. Bob is the manager and I really loved dealing with him. I am a Type A person and he was always very straight forward and made sure whatever I needed was taken care of. My guests loved the food, which we did a lot of upgrades.
We liked this place because it was WAY more affordable than most places out here, and it was elegant but not over the top fancy. Staff was exceptional. The event manager Bob is a straightforward, efficient communicator which made planning very easy. AnnMarie and Camille were the best. If you're getting married here you are in great hands. We had 150 guests and top notch food.
I cannot say enough great things about this place. Service and food were perfect. They let us come and set up as early as we wanted and everything went smoothly. We were able to use the bridal suite to change after setting up too which was so convenient. Bob who runs this place is great at what he does. I couldn’t be happier that I chose this place.
It was beautiful and the back room held 50 of us super comfortably. It was an overcast day but we were still able to see the water. The food was delicious! They have the green wall that you’re able to use for photos that my mom dressed up and I thought it was a nice touch to the day. They were attentive and smooth, everything was amazing.
Everything from the initial meeting with Steve to our wedding day with Ann Marie making sure everything ran smoothly- was perfect! We had our ceremony outside in the back and it was gorgeous with the sunset. The food was delicious, everything was great!

Bob is fantastic, very responsive and easy to work with. The day of, Annmarie was our Maitre D and Camille was my bridal attendant, both were wonderful. Every one of our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had at our wedding, how beautiful the venue is, and how great the food was. This venue was exactly what we were looking for and our wedding was everything we hoped!! Bob the manager, Annemarie the maitre’d, and Camille our bridal attendant were incredible. It rained unfortunately so our plans to have an outdoor ceremony shifted, but it was a seamless transition. Our guests are still raving about the food and experience. Thank you to Steve, Christine, and Kayla our bartenders, and the entire waitstaff team. All the staff members were so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!!
