The Mansion at Woodside Club is a mansion wedding venue located in Muttontown (Syosset), NY. Built in 1916 as one of the first Gold Coast mansions built, Woodside set the tone and influenced with its award winning design, many of the north shore mansions you see today. This palatial property is an ideal location for couples wishing to celebrate their wedding in style. The venue combines grand architectural design and magnificent gardens with first-rate facilities and service, providing you with a truly memorable celebration setting.

The open-plan ballroom features a large dance floor, complete with sparkling chandeliers overhead to enhance the event’s romantic ambiance. This space can be arranged in several ways to best suit your chosen theme and aesthetic. For those wishing to celebrate their nuptials in an outdoor setting, the elegant terrace and landscaped lawn area is a wonderful choice. The venue provides luxurious bridal suite to allow the wedding party to prepare for the big day in comfort. The mansion comes with a fully equipped on site kitchen, and the team here offers catering staff full use of this facility. This refined estate can comfortably accommodate wedding parties for up to 250 guests, and more intimate gatherings are also welcome.

The coordination team offers an initial consultation to discuss event style, size, and preferred budget. From there, they will work with you to create your wedding day itinerary. You can avail of the culinary team’s wedding menu, who are also happy to devise custom dining options that speak to the style of your event. The team can also accommodate specific dietary requirements. The venue boasts amenities such as a top- shelf full bar, wedding cake, table numbers, elegant table linens of your choice, valet parking and custom designed and printed dinner menus.  We also offer a private tasting after you commit to us, which is always a fun time! Here we can also try your signature drinks that you have chosen and pick out linen selections as well as which charger you’d like your tables set with.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. The short of it, I was a covid bride and despite not being able to have all the people my husband and I wanted, in the end it didn't matter. The staff made the wedding so wonderful that we forgot it was only 50 people. Let me also say that my husband and I paid almost the whole wedding for 170 plus people up front. Unfortunately, only being able to have 50 people due to covid, we were left with a large deficit with what we had already paid out. We were so nervous about being out money due to paying up front, the contract we signed for 170 people, and the horror stories from other couples saying their venues were essentially holding money ransom . However, the Woodside Club without hesitation, gave us our money back for the difference without a fight. Very few venues do right by people that way, and needless to say we were blown away by their customer service. Sarah, the wedding coordinator there is also so patient, kind and informative, she is truly amazing to work with. Now let me get to the grounds; it is truly Long Island at its finest. Gorgeous grounds, amazing front entry with a storybook staircase, and a ballroom that is a show stopper to say the least. They made my entire day and experience absolutely wonderful, and I still have guests talking about the food. This place is an undiscovered gem and I'm so happy we picked them for our wedding day. They treated us like royalty, and I could not say one negative thing about this venue or their services.

Words cannot describe how special and flawless Sarah and the fabulous team at The Mansion at Woodside created for my August wedding. The entire process was so smooth. It truly was a fairy tale wedding. Sarah was incredibly attentive, helped answer any and every question at all hours. This venue has the most incredible food and a beautiful tasting experience! Our wedding at Woodside Club was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The venue is huge and beautiful in season. There are many places, both outdoors and indoors, for amazing photos. The ceremony takes place outdoors with a pool as a backdrop; weather permitting, this was the most scenic ceremony area we saw out of a dozen different venues across Long Island. To top it all off, the venue only caters one wedding per day, so your wedding party will have their undivided attention. As wonderful as the venue truly is, the service is where they shine. Sarah was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and what a long process it was: we had to postpone our wedding one year due to COVID regulations. Sarah gave us our new requested date without issue. She is very experienced, responsive, and understanding of all the stress that comes with planning a wedding. Rest assured, you are in good hands with Sarah. Our bridal attendant, Cassidy, was enthusiastic and did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and making sure we took a few moments for ourselves to enjoy our special day. Even our guests commented on the great bar and reception service they got from the staff. The venue is one of the most important decisions you will make when planning a wedding. We are fortunate and grateful that we had our wedding here, and we highly recommend them to all couples!

The biggest shoutout to The Woodside Club especially SARAH MATTOLA! Let's start by saying, my husband and I were a COVID wedding couple. Throughout the entire process, Sarah and the Club was WONDERFUL! Sarah let us select a second date due to COVID without any problems. Sarah was the best person to work with throughout this entire process. From start to finish, she was ALWAYS there. Responded to emails immediately, let us come to the Club to walk around whenever we needed, and in the end, I couldn't imagine my wedding being MORE PERFECT. Everything from the décor, food, employees, EVERYTHING was literally perfect. We received SO MANY compliments the night of, and of course post wedding about how perfect everything was. The food is ridiculously good, so shout out to their chef. From presentation to actual tastes, we have ZERO complaints. Cocktail hour is insane, the presentations are beautiful and the RAW BAR is INCREDIBLE!!! I promise you will NOT be disappointed booking your wedding with Sarah at the Woodside Club. My husband and I are STILL talking about all the amazing food, and how we can go there for dinner, even though we aren't members :) The grounds around the club are gorgeous - so we took our pictures after church there at the venue. So many beautiful spots. PLEASE BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE !!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
