Hello! We're Emily and Kritzie, the proud owners of Unruffled.

Meet Emily! Born and raised on Long Island, New York. Emily has always had a passion for the wedding industry. With over a decade of experience, Emily has perfected the art of storytelling thoughout her events, capturing the planned and unplanned. Whether you choose month-of-coordination or full-time planning, Emily elevates each and every experience by emphasizing the magic in the small moments. She loves to celebrate the baby steps along the way to the milestones.  Emily has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Tourism Hospitality from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and received her certification as a wedding planner with the Certified Wedding Planner Society, the world's leading certification program. 

Meet Kritzie! A true New Yorker born and rasied in the vibrant borough of Queens, New York. A dynamic latina with a candid and witty sense of humor, she might not always wear her emotions on her sleeve, but once you engage her in conversation, you'll discover a treasure trove of charm and wit. With a meticulous eye for detail honed through years of experience as an executive assistant, Kritzie's diverse backgound includes working in some of NYC's finest Michelin-starred restaurants and Tv Production. Kritzie holds a degree in Multimedia Journalism from the City University of New York, but her true passion lies in creating a sense of community and ensuring every client feels valued and cared for. When you entrust your  special day with Kritzie, you'll experience her dedication to leaving no detail overlooked and ensuring a seamless and unforgettable wedding experience.

Company History

We're the proud owners of Unruffled. We were brought together by the original founder, Veronica Dilorenzo, and it was a kinship from the first wedding! 

When Veronica made the decision to step away from the company, we immediately knew that with our combined experience of 10+ years in the wedding industry, along with the experience of working at New York City's finest Michelin-Starred restaurants and a background in Tv Production, we were the two halves that would make Unruffled a new whole. From intimate soirees to grand celebrations, we strive to make each and every couple's occasion one-of-a-kind! 


What wedding services do you offer?

We offer Month-of-Coordination, Partial Planning, Design, as well as Full Planning. However, we customize each of our packages to our couple and thier specific needs. So never hesitate to reach out if you're looking for additional guidance in services.

Do you work outside of Long Island?

Yes, please consider scheduling a consultation, and we can delve into your specific needs in detail. Looking forward to speaking with you! 

Do you provide vendor recommendations? 

Absolutely! No matter what package you choose, we will provide you with vendor recommendations. We work with amazing wedding pro's who provide high-quality services and care about making your day perfect.

How do you select my vendor team?

We take into consideration your personality, style, and budget when selecting your vendor team. You will not be required to use the vendors we suggest. If there are vendors that you love and would like us to look into, we are happy to do that for you.

Will I get to make decisions?

This is your day! We're here to support you, share our expertise, and guide you. We do all the researching, emailing, phone calls, etc. and you get to make all the fun decisions. You'll be as involved as you want to be.
