Such a great space! The shower was in the back area of the main restaurant, which was not secluded but separate enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of the regular patrons. The brunch was a buffet and had plenty of options for the many dietary restrictions of my guests.
The view hosted our baby shower for my son and his wife. It was amazing. The space was perfect. The food was great, with some many brunch options. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. Right on the water The scenery was perfect!
I wish I could relive my wedding day every day of my life! Jenn and Jimmy went above & beyond and made us feel like a part of the View family from the moment we walked in the door until the last guest left. The incredible attention to every detail, their warmth and balance of fun and professionalism made our wedding day better than we ever could have imagined. We owe our wedding celebration from start to finish being our "Best Day Ever" 100% to Jenn, Jimmy and the entire View staff. A server even found an envelope gift filled with cash afterwards and turned it into management, so heartwarming! Thank you to everyone at View for all you did for us, our friends and family are still saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to!
Just wanted to give my highest recommendation and review of the View in Oakdale for our wedding reception/venue spot. The food was outstanding. Our guests would not stop talking about how great everything was and my wife and I were overly impressed with how amazing everything came out. Everything from the cocktail hour, to the main course, to the cake from Rolling Pin Bakery, just unbelievable.

Our daughter had her surprise bridal shower at the View! It was a great time from the minute she came into the room until the party was over.. the Brunch was delicious, the deserts were amazing! The whole staff was just fantastic .. Thank you to everyone involved at the View for such a memorable afternoon.
