Our wedding would not have been the same if it weren’t for Arianna. From the moment she stepped in, she brought a sense of calm, organization, and genuine care about me and my entire wedding party/family that made all the difference on our big day. Every detail, from helping with my timeline to day-of decor and making sure that I got every photo I wanted on my shot list she handled it seamlessly. She anticipated needs before they even arose, put out fires before I knew they existed, and ensured that my only job was to soak in the magic of the day. Her energy was genuine, and reassuring — exactly the kind of presence every bride hopes to have by her side. I truly felt like she cared about our day as much as we did, and that meant everything. Arianna went above and beyond in every possible way — I genuinely cannot imagine the day without her.

My wedding planner was my LIFELINE this past weekend. She made us a beautiful timeline that helped all of my vendors and family move smoothly throughout the day. She came early to help me and the girls finish getting ready. She brought a whole suitcase filled with things I didn’t even think I needed. She helped me finish my makeup and help my mother and girls do last minute touch ups to their hair and makeup and even put my mothers lashes on! She sparkled up my chest and helped me layout my detail photos. I didn’t have to worry about taking my wedding dress out and setting anything up for a photo because she was right there doing it for me. I was able to focus on getting ready and soaking in the precious moments. She held all of my items and took my cell phone to capture moments so I had them right away as photo/video takes a bit to get back. She helped fluff my dress and held my very long veil on the way to the ceremony. She made sure the girls were in order and when we got to the church she helped me stay calm. She helped us get poses and shots we wouldn’t have thought of. All night she got us drinks and made sure we were taken care of. She was beyond attentive and just so smart in what we needed all day. I can not thank her enough. She makes you feel so comfortable and I would hire her for ANY event needed. She is the best of the best!

Arianna was the hero of my wedding day and I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like to go through it without her. All communication leading up to the wedding was incredible. I could tell she was on top of it, she always knew what I was talking about even if I texted her in a panic attack 9pm, and on top of that her incredible personality had me reassured that it would be nothing but awesome to work with her - that’s all before you even get to the big day! She’s punctual, real, smart, organized, and the funniest person you’ve ever met. She’s the best friend you never knew you were missing. She’s strong, caring, kind, and firm - everything you need with you on your big day. She will pick up the slack where anyone else might fall short. I’m a type-A bride and even with every tiny detail planned out to the minute, Arianna was my crutch. Whether that’s numbing your feet before you put on your ridiculous shoes, or holding ice on your chest and talking you down from a panic attack right before you walk down the aisle, she’s got you. I am so beyond grateful to have had her by my side on my wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re going back and forth about hiring a planner or DOC, stop questioning it and hire this girl.

Arianna was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. We hired her for a day of coordination. She went above and beyond in every way. When we realized a bouquet was left at the hotel, she personally called, picked it up, and brought it back without me even knowing. My family adored her, and by the end of the night, she genuinely felt like part of it. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator— do it and make it Arianna.

I truly cannot put into words how essential Arianna was to our wedding day. She anticipated every need, managed every hiccup behind the scenes, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Her warmth, humor, and calming presence made all the difference. From organizing last-minute details to keeping everyone on schedule, she handled it all with grace and precision. Every bride deserves an Arianna.

Arianna is extremely professional! Her attention to details and all the little things you wouldn’t think of - she is on top of it! Whether it’s a wedding, shower, or any event that requires any form of coordination/organizing/setting up - she goes above and beyond for the task at hand. Highly recommend!

Arianna was so very helpful throughout the whole planning process. She was my go to for any questions or concerns. She made my day so special. I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

The best of the best. She helped me create a timeline for the day and sent it out to all my vendors. She was my go to person to bounce ideas off of or to just vent to when I didn’t want to bother my friends. On the day of the wedding I handed her my binder with all my contracts and tips and she took over. She had photos of what all my diy memory tables/ entry table/ sweetheart table should look like and she made sure it all happened. She had my shot list and while we were taking photos, she was reminding the photographer/videographers of things I had wanted to do but could not think of at the moment. She carried my train and fluffed it non stop. Held my bouquet when I felt like my wrist was going to break from it being so heavy. She had a fanny pack full of emergency kit stuff, she took care of every detail of the day and was like my sidekick the entire time. Making sure myself, my husband and our entire families were enjoying ourselves. She took all the pressure off me and I truly was able to enjoy the day because of her.

Arianna did day of coordination for my cousin's wedding and she was amazing and affordable! I’ve never seen someone so attentive and completely advocate for the bride and groom through the day and she was a complete sweetheart!

She was AMAZING! I only booked her DOC services but she offers full wedding planning as well. From the beginning, her bubbly personality made me feel comfortable with having her around on my wedding day. Day of, she was irreplaceable. She made sure everything and everyone was set, she made sure the photographer got all the shots I wanted, and she kept spraying my feet with the numbing spray all night so I was able to keep my heels on for over 7 hours! The biggest thing that I loved about working with her was the behind the scene pictures/ videos that she sent me the very next day! My photographer doesn’t send sneak peeks so having 50-60 pictures the very next day was amazing! I can not recommend Arianna and her service’s enough!
