Introduction

Hi, I’m Arianna aka Arie .Now that my little company, Wanderlust has really taken off ! I figured it’s time for me to start spreading the love that Wanderlust has brought me so far.

Some things you should know about me:

• I’m a Frenchie mom and chicken mom( explains the logo). I love to travel and hike ! I enjoy a good bowl of ramen soup and love sushi. I enjoy watching the New York Yankees  😊 One of my biggest passions is gardening 🧑‍🌾 

I work Full time in Healthcare (explains why I love helping people)

• Wanderlust Events is a passion of mine. Like many planners and coordinators, I fell in love with the process while planning my own wedding! I just got married in August 2023. Unfortunately my wedding process came with a lot of ups and downs from people in my life . A huge part of me wanted to do this project to help advocate for couples on there wedding day!

• My number one goal for my clients is a fun, stress-free wedding day. Whether that means planning your day from start to finish or just showing up day-of and keeping things on track, I’m here for it. Your wedding day is the only day that is all about you and your partner 🩷🫶🏼it’s important to savor the special moments and leave the stress and drama out of it.

• My passion is to assist in making your wedding day memorable and authentic to every couple served, representing their unique love story, personal values, and style.

The Wedding Industry

As a wedding day coordinator I relish in the excitement and energy of the big day, where all the meticulous planning comes together to create a seamless and unforgettable celebration. I take pride in being the "DOC " on the wedding day, expertly navigating any last-minute hiccups and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly. I really enjoy the fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I get to problem-solve and think on my feet to make sure everything runs smoothly. Furthermore, I love being part of the emotional highs and lows of the day, from the bride's tears of joy to the celebratory cheers, and knowing that my work makes a tangible difference in making the couple's special day truly unforgettable.I was also drawn to the industry because I am passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and making couples' wedding dreams come true. I am also attracted to the creative aspect of wedding planning, where the couples get to bring their own unique style and flair to the event. Additionally, I find fulfillment in being a part of one of the most significant and joyous moments in people's lives, and take pride in knowing that my hard work contributes to creating lifelong memories for the couple and their loved ones.

The Wedding Memories

A special wedding memory that I cherish is when a tearful bride, who had been stressing about every detail for months, takes a moment to step back and gaze lovingly at her new husband during the ceremony. I am truly in awe to witness the love and joy radiating from the couple, it gives me such validation that all their hard work has paid off. As my couples shares their first kiss as husband and wife, I can't help but feel a sense of pride and fulfillment, knowing that I played a small part in creating this magical moment for the happy newlyweds .

I specialize in Wedding Day Coordination ! I also offer Content Creation, Full service wedding planning  Fur Baby assistance and Decor set up and breakdown ! I do alot of custom packages tailored to your needs !

Company History

I have been in buisness since the fall of 2023 !

My Logo and Buinsess name is inspired by my passion for Hiking being a Frenchie mom and being a chicken mom ! 

Wanderlust  -  a potent mix of curiosity, adventure-seeking, and a yearning for the unknown that drives people to embark on journeys and create lasting memories. I think it is a great representation of who I am and relates to your wedding journey !

Personal Hobbies

I love hiking and visiting Vermont ( I lived there for 5 years ). I also enjoy cooking, gardening and taking care of my chickens ! I love to go out to a nice dinner and try new food . I am obsessed with my dog so I love hanging out with him watching netflix ! I overall love traveling and would love to go to a few more National Parks !

My wedding planner was my LIFELINE this past weekend. She made us a beautiful timeline that helped all of my vendors and family move smoothly throughout the day. She came early to help me and the girls finish getting ready. She brought a whole suitcase filled with things I didn’t even think I needed. She helped me finish my makeup and help my mother and girls do last minute touch ups to their hair and makeup and even put my mothers lashes on! She sparkled up my chest and helped me layout my detail photos. I didn’t have to worry about taking my wedding dress out and setting anything up for a photo because she was right there doing it for me. I was able to focus on getting ready and soaking in the precious moments. She held all of my items and took my cell phone to capture moments so I had them right away as photo/video takes a bit to get back. She helped fluff my dress and held my very long veil on the way to the ceremony. She made sure the girls were in order and when we got to the church she helped me stay calm. She helped us get poses and shots we wouldn’t have thought of. All night she got us drinks and made sure we were taken care of. She was beyond attentive and just so smart in what we needed all day. I can not thank her enough. She makes you feel so comfortable and I would hire her for ANY event needed. She is the best of the best!

Arianna was the hero of my wedding day and I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like to go through it without her. All communication leading up to the wedding was incredible. I could tell she was on top of it, she always knew what I was talking about even if I texted her in a panic attack 9pm, and on top of that her incredible personality had me reassured that it would be nothing but awesome to work with her - that’s all before you even get to the big day! She’s punctual, real, smart, organized, and the funniest person you’ve ever met. She’s the best friend you never knew you were missing. She’s strong, caring, kind, and firm - everything you need with you on your big day. She will pick up the slack where anyone else might fall short. I’m a type-A bride and even with every tiny detail planned out to the minute, Arianna was my crutch. Whether that’s numbing your feet before you put on your ridiculous shoes, or holding ice on your chest and talking you down from a panic attack right before you walk down the aisle, she’s got you. I am so beyond grateful to have had her by my side on my wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re going back and forth about hiring a planner or DOC, stop questioning it and hire this girl.

Arianna was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. We hired her for a day of coordination. She went above and beyond in every way. When we realized a bouquet was left at the hotel, she personally called, picked it up, and brought it back without me even knowing. The best of the best. She helped me create a timeline for the day and sent it out to all my vendors. She was my go to person to bounce ideas off of or to just vent to when I didn’t want to bother my friends. On the day of the wedding I handed her my binder with all my contracts and tips and she took over. She had photos of what all my diy memory tables/ entry table/ sweetheart table should look like and she made sure it all happened. She had my shot list and while we were taking photos, she was reminding the photographer/videographers of things I had wanted to do but could not think of at the moment. She carried my train and fluffed it non stop. Held my bouquet when I felt like my wrist was going to break from it being so heavy. She had a fanny pack full of emergency kit stuff, she took care of every detail of the day and was like my sidekick the entire time. Making sure myself, my husband and our entire families were enjoying ourselves. She took all the pressure off me and I truly was able to enjoy the day because of her.

She was AMAZING! I only booked her DOC services but she offers full wedding planning as well. From the beginning, her bubbly personality made me feel comfortable with having her around on my wedding day. Day of, she was irreplaceable. She made sure everything and everyone was set, she made sure the photographer got all the shots I wanted, and she kept spraying my feet with the numbing spray all night so I was able to keep my heels on for over 7 hours! The biggest thing that I loved about working with her was the behind the scene pictures/ videos that she sent me the very next day! My photographer doesn’t send sneak peeks so having 50-60 pictures the very next day was amazing! I can not recommend Arianna and her service’s enough!
