Hi, I’m Arianna aka Arie. Now that my little company, Wanderlust Events, has really taken off, I figured it’s the perfect time to start spreading the love and joy it’s brought me so far.

• I’m a proud Frenchie and chicken mom — hence the logo!
• I love to travel and hike, and I’m always down for a great bowl of ramen or some fresh sushi.
• I’m a big New York Yankees fan.
• One of my greatest passions is gardening; getting my hands in the dirt brings me peace.
• I also work in healthcare, which fuels my passion for helping people in meaningful ways.

 

How Wanderlust Events came to be:
Like many planners and coordinators, I fell in love with the process while planning my own wedding. I got married in August 2023, and while the journey had its ups and downs, it also opened my eyes to how powerful it is to have the right support on such a meaningful day. That experience inspired me to create Wanderlust Events, a space where couples feel truly seen, supported, and celebrated

My mission is simple:
I’m here to make sure you have a fun and stress-free wedding day. Whether you need someone to help plan every detail from beginning to end, or just want someone to show up on the big day and keep everything running smoothly, I’ve got you. Your wedding should be all about you and your partner. It’s a day to soak in the love, enjoy the moment, and leave the stress behind. I’ll be right there to make sure that happens. I love watching people in love on their wedding day!

As a wedding day coordinator, I thrive on the energy and excitement of seeing everything come together. I love being the steady presence behind the scenes, making sure every detail is handled and any last-minute hiccups are smoothed out. The fast-paced nature of the day keeps me on my toes, and there’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing I’ve helped create a stress-free, joy-filled experience.

What drew me to this work is my passion for creating unforgettable moments. I love watching couples bring their unique style to life and being part of one of the most meaningful days of their lives. It’s an honor to play a role in making those memories truly special.

A special wedding memory I’ll always cherish is watching a tearful bride who had spent months stressing over every detail pause during the ceremony to gaze lovingly at her new husband. In that quiet moment, all the planning fades into the background, and the joy and love between them take center stage. Moments like that remind me exactly why I do what I do. When my couples share their first kiss as husband and wife, I feel a deep sense of pride and fulfillment, knowing I played a small role in creating such a magical and meaningful day.

Many of my packages are fully customizable to fit your unique needs, because no two weddings are the same!

Company History

I launched Wanderlust Events in the fall of 2023 after falling in love with the magic of wedding planning during my own journey as a bride. From the moment I coordinated my first wedding, I knew this was more than just a passion; it was a calling!

The name Wanderlust reflects who I am at my core. I’m an adventure-seeker, a hiker at heart, and a proud Frenchie and chicken mom (yes, really!). The logo is a nod to the things I love most: nature, animals, and the freedom to explore. But more importantly, wanderlust is a feeling. It's the deep desire to go somewhere new, to chase a dream, and to create memories that last a lifetime.

How do I inquire?

Do you plan other types of events, or just weddings?

- Yes! While weddings are my specialty, I love helping with all types of events like bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, etc. — just ask!

How far in advance do you book?
- I currently book up to one year in advance. It’s never too early to reach out and reserve your date!

Is my wedding date available?
- I’ll always let you know right away if your date is open.

How do I know if I need a Day-Of Coordinator (DOC)?
- I schedule a discovery call with every couple to go over your needs, talk through your vision, and see if DOC services are the right fit for you.

Personal Hobbies

I’m a huge fan of hiking and have a special place in my heart for Vermont, where I lived for five wonderful years. When I’m not exploring the outdoors, you’ll find me cooking up something delicious, tending to my garden, or caring for my chickens. I love trying new foods and going out to enjoy a nice dinner.

I’m totally obsessed with my dog — we love cuddling up and binge-watching Netflix together. Traveling is one of my greatest passions, and I’m excited to visit more National Parks in the future to fuel that sense of adventure.

BOLI Love!

So my dog can be a little crazy and she is really strong. Before booking, I wanted to see if Arianna would be able to manage my dog. I went to her house, and she walked my dog around. She was really great, and I felt confident that she would be able to handle her. Then the day before the wedding, she had an emergency, which I totally understand. Fortunately, she had someone come in her place. Angela was truly a good sport! My dog was going ballistic, being a menace the entire day lol. She really did an awesome job caring for our dog. She was really sweet and attentive, I highly recommend her.

I originally hired Arianna for setup help since we had a lot of lawn games in our "fun tent" and a seating chart that required extensive setup. I decided to add her for half an event DOC and I am so grateful that I did! She was a jack of all trades and helped with everything from getting me in my dress, hair touch ups, videoing key moments and trying to get bacon grease out of my daughter's dress (and ultimately helping her change when it wasn't successful). She played bouncer to the bridal suite to make sure we had some quiet time before and after the ceremony and worked so seamlessly with all of our vendors. And my very picky 12 year old was OBSESSED with her. I don't think I would have survived the night without her.

My wedding planner was my LIFELINE this past weekend. She made us a beautiful timeline that helped all of my vendors and family move smoothly throughout the day. She came early to help me and the girls finish getting ready. She brought a whole suitcase filled with things I didn’t even think I needed. She helped me finish my makeup and help my mother and girls do last minute touch ups to their hair and makeup and even put my mothers lashes on! She sparkled up my chest and helped me layout my detail photos. I didn’t have to worry about taking my wedding dress out and setting anything up for a photo because she was right there doing it for me. I was able to focus on getting ready and soaking in the precious moments. She held all of my items and took my cell phone to capture moments so I had them right away as photo/video takes a bit to get back. She helped fluff my dress and held my very long veil on the way to the ceremony. She made sure the girls were in order and when we got to the church she helped me stay calm. She helped us get poses and shots we wouldn’t have thought of. All night she got us drinks and made sure we were taken care of. She was beyond attentive and just so smart in what we needed all day. I can not thank her enough. She makes you feel so comfortable and I would hire her for ANY event needed. She is the best of the best!

I am so beyond grateful to have had her by my side on my wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re going back and forth about hiring a planner or DOC, stop questioning it and hire this girl.

She had photos of what all my diy memory tables/ entry table/ sweetheart table should look like and she made sure it all happened. She had my shot list and while we were taking photos, she was reminding the photographer/videographers of things I had wanted to do but could not think of at the moment. She had a fanny pack full of emergency kit stuff, she took care of every detail of the day and was like my sidekick the entire time. She was AMAZING! I only booked her DOC services but she offers full wedding planning as well. From the beginning, her bubbly personality made me feel comfortable with having her around on my wedding day. Day of, she was irreplaceable. She made sure everything and everyone was set, she made sure the photographer got all the shots I wanted, and she kept spraying my feet with the numbing spray all night so I was able to keep my heels on for over 7 hours! The biggest thing that I loved about working with her was the behind the scene pictures/ videos that she sent me the very next day! My photographer doesn’t send sneak peeks so having 50-60 pictures the very next day was amazing! I can not recommend Arianna and her service’s enough!
