BOLI Love!

I worked with DeMeisha from the beginning to the end and she was lovely to work with. She was great at communicating, made sure I had everything thought through in terms of details and timing of the day and she even stepped in when I was having communication trouble with Dortoni Bakery for my cake! Overall the venue is GORGEOUS, so airy and modern. I did the brunch buffet, which my guests were RAVING about. The service was great and I can’t recommend this venue enough for a shower.

The dreamiest venue on Long Island. It is so beautiful, clean, and modern. We booked with Cynthia and aside from the beauty of the venue, shes the whole reason we booked. She’s so type A and helped me with vendor selection when needed. Charles was our Maitre’D and he lives up to all of the fantastic reviews he has. Everyone has been telling me the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and that the cocktail hour was amazing.

I’m so glad I chose this venue. Everything from the food to the staff were absolutely amazing. I had Elmer as my maitre’d and Shay as my bridal assistant. Elmer was great but Shay made my day absolutely worry-free. She was always by my side with a glass of ice water (it was 90° out and I was getting lightheaded), fixed my hair during pictures, kept my lipstick on hand for touch ups, and was such a support when I started to to feel anxious right before walking down the aisle. She knew everything from how to bustle my dress to how to put my veil in properly. The day would not have run smoothly without her.

We couldn’t have asked for a better day! Charles was our matre de and he made sure the day was everything we wanted and more. He was on top of everything and ahead of the game! The food was amazing and the service was fantastic as well.

I was blessed enough to have my wedding here and can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made for my wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect the day of and the time leading up. I was able to have Shay and Charles and all I can say is WOW. They both were outstanding, so attentive, and really didn’t miss a single thing the day of. Shay was such a sweetheart and helped me in/out my dress, helped us make sure we had some “us” time and made sure we never had an empty glass. Charles was also a star, nothing went passed him and he seriously made sure my husband and I, including our parents were having a great time. Overall, the staff, the venue, the food, the drinks, everything was perfection and I am so happy and glad I had my wedding here. We got text message after text message about our wedding after and still recieveing messages. They allowed all our cultures come together and it was a beautiful sight to see.

When we toured Water’s Edge we fell in love with the vibe! It’s absolutely stunning, well maintained, and well ran. We booked with Cynthia, worked with DeMeisha leading up to the big day, and had Shay & Charles with us day of. Everything was so well organized, the food was incredible, drinks were amazing.. we arrived a little early to our reception and they welcomed us with open arms and were ready to rock and roll. They had everything taken care of. Our guests are still raving about how amazing everything was (and how much food there was), I would recommend to anyone considering!

Absolutely LOVED this venue. Booking with Cynthia was so easy. I felt a day of coordinator was so unnecessary for this venue because her staff really makes sure everything from start to finish is flawless. Luis was our Maitre D and immediately meeting with him any worry of things not going smoothly the day of went away. He was very warm and friendly but also you could tell he takes his job seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure you as the bride feel no stress the day of. Shaye was our bridal attendant and oh my god I can not say enough good things about her-she exceeded my expectations. Made sure I was happy and had whatever I needed at all times. I had an issue with my dress strap and dress bustle in the middle of the reception and before I could panic she sewed everything up and got me back to the dance floor! The food was phenomenal-my guests still are talking about how amazing all of it was between the cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. They will even give people extra meals if they want to try another entree. The venue itself was so clean and all redone with an absolutely beautiful modern look. If you’re thinking about booking here-you should!
