Set upon 5 acres of meticulously landscaped gardens and grounds, our historic mansion is home to several ballrooms and cocktail rooms that can be adapted to any mood or celebration. Our professional staff is dedicated to creating a seamless experience for you and your guests. Company History

The History of the Titus House

The Titus House was built in the early 1880s. In 1910, John R. Hill purchased the large eighteen room estate and stable with a twenty acre tract of land from George P. Titus.

Mr. Hill subsequently sold fifteen acres to the Westbury Rose Company, adjacent, and retained five acres with the Manor House. He also added some up to date modifications by building a street water run in, new baths, and new garage.

Mr. Hill occupied the Manor House until after World War I when it was sold. However, during the Great Depression, the home reverted back to Mr. Hill.

Later, it was subsequently sold to the Fersan Corporation (August Sandi and his brother-in-law Pierre Ferro) and converted into the restaurant known as the "Westbury Manor" in 1946.

The restaurant was then acquired by Carl Hoppl in 1961-1982. The Manor was acquired by the Scotto Brothers who managed the facility from 1982 to 2004. In November of 2004, Jerry Scotto took over the operations of the Westbury Manor and continues to manage the facility to this day.

The food was outrageous. Everything was complete perfection!! Didn’t want the day to end!

I got married here and it was everything I imagined it would be. The only con I had was that it went by too quickly. George was our Maitre’d and kept me calm cool and collected. My bridal attendant never left my side and was with me every step of the way. The food was awesome. My guests couldn’t stop talking about it. I didn’t want them to leave hungry and they didn’t. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Westbury Manor: 1000000/10! Our wedding day was PERFECT from start to finish. The grounds and gardens at Westbury Manor are gorgeous and were perfect for our ceremony and cocktail hour as well as photos! The peacock was even roaming around during cocktail hour! The food and drinks were amazing and our guests have been raving about it all ever since. Phil was our maitre d and Madelyn was my bridal attendant and both were absolutely amazing!!!
