When my husband and I saw this venue- we knew it was special. It felt so unique compared to many of the others we had been to. The grounds are stunning, making for SO many different photo ops. The maitre d’ John Schlenke is beyond accommodating. He really invests his time and energy into making your day perfect. He is very responsive to emails, which made planning a breeze. The day-of captain George was also spectacular. My husband and I were never without a drink, and John made sure we got to eat throughout the night. The food was absolutely delicious, with cocktail hour having a really spectacular spread. We added a raw bar too which was a huge hit. There is a bridal suite, as well as a groom’s suite – leaving ample room for the bridal party to relax before cocktail hour starts. I was weary about dining and dancing being in separate spaces, but it was a complete non-issue. There are tables on the outskirts of the dance floor for those that wish to stand along the edges instead of dancing. Guests also have access to the whole venue which I thought was very cool.
