Let me start by saying, my husband and I booked our wedding with Swan Lake over 3 years prior to our actual wedding. We booked it 2 years out from our engagement, and then covid happened and pushed us back another year! We have heard horror stories of venues taking advantage of their couples during this time and at that point we realized the true value of Swan Lake. We worked with Charlie from the very beginning and throughout the process and he really became our friend! He called us all the time with new guideline updates, he constantly kept in touch with us and didn’t financially take advantage of us during such a stressful time!
I am a detail-oriented person/bride so I had A LOT of questions. Anytime I reached out to Charlie he got back to me quicker than I expected him to. Every time we had a meeting we felt welcomed and like we were part of the family. We were fortunate to have Elena as our maitre’d and she was AMAZING!! She played a huge role in setting up the décor we sent in and she did an incredible job. She really made sure everything was perfect and it was better than I even imagined in my mind. We also had Jill as our bridal attendant. We felt like royalty because of her, anything we wanted or needed she was there to meet our needs! I just cannot say enough about this place, it is truly something special. It doesn’t feel like a wedding factory, you can just feel that they all really care about their couples. We are forever grateful to everyone at Swan Lake. If you book with them you will not be disappointed!!
Last but definitely not least, the food was amazing!!! People are still raving about it we thoroughly enjoyed every bite of food we had. Icing on the cake!
